Morning Thursday Savers,
Sunshine hotting up outside so I'm getting an early start. Routine day, but much needed. On the list:
*Sort laundry & conserve electricity by ironing only what really needs it.
*Water veggie garden, feed cucumbers (picked 3 already!), stake up sulky aubergine plants, pot up baby cabbages, start planting out courgettes.
*Sow radishes.
*Cut another lettuce for tonight's salad.
*Plant up 2 patio containers for free using overwintered geraniums & stuff grown from free seed.
*Sow more mustard & cress on kitchen window sill.
*Do next week's meal plans.
*Cast on 2nd sock of pair I'm knitting for friend from amazingly bargainacious yarn.
*Cut body lotion bottle open as pump has stopped working & I can see plenty left inside.
*Free entertainment - library book & big pile of magazines Mum & my sister gave me at the weekend.
Wishing you all a calm & productive day.

Morning all
So pleased to hear that Mr Ziggy is making good progress after his op
My greenhouse is supposed to be coming today :j:jI must confess I would not have gone ahead and ordered it if I had known that OH was going to buy a camper van  but at least no debt has been accrued. Money saving efforts will have to be ramped up in the coming months however! So, today's small things:
Walk dog, free exercise
Pack an ebay parcel
Post office if other buyer pays up too (if not it can wait till tomorrow)
Maybe go to check out sales unit, but that depends on when the greenhouse is delivered
Dead head huge yellow climbing rose in the garden, to ensure lots more yellow roses over the coming months
HM meals from stores, more of the chilli that I made yesterday for dinner
Sort through clothes and put away winter things / put anything I am not going to wear aside for the charity shop
Put away a load of duvets / bedding that is currently all over the spare room
Ironing
Bit of paperwork
There will be more no doubt, but that is all I can think of at the moment0 -
Morning! DH has annoyed me already today, he has a cold so naturally has to phone in sick to work! Somebody give me the sick line number for being a parent! *eyeroll*, me and DS are out for the day anyway, I can't be doing with his moaning! Haha
- Check banking
- Swagbucks and Nectar Canvass
- Day out with DS & family

Have been awake since 3.30am.I think im coming down with a cracking cold as I crashed out at 10pm and then was wide awake with my nose and eyes streaming.
Stayed in bed watching Three Girls-all 3 episodes, found it so shocking.
Going to have an easy day today, meeting a friend for a cuppa, a few letters to post and abit of housework.
Other than that its a take it easy day.
CCL many thanks for taking the time to comment about how you felt at the end of your DMP, I thought it was me being strange. Final payment tomorrow and thats it.
Looking forward now to when it does fully hit home that the IVA is finished.

Morning all :hello:
What a lovely day here - sunshine everywhereOne load of washing already out another in the machine and I'll do a 3rd, given that DH has returned from his break with a bag full
Other things:
check banking, update sheets
DD at trial at afterschool club (not that she it at school this week) - no charge
Meals form stores, although we might go out for cake later as a treat
WFH - no commute :j
Organise home insurance - have the quotes, just need to check something on current policy and if it's not on there I'll switch - if it is I'll stick (albeit you have to call and talk to somebody rather than pay online which is a bit of a pain)
Ideally run later if I can
Early night as I had a shocking night sleep last night
Water veggies, I've got carrots, beetroot, rocket and potatoes
Enjoy your day0 -
Good Morning All
Looking like another gorgeous day. Am so relieved that DH is on the mend, the only thing he needs to realise now is that he doesn't have to manage on paracetamol and codeine. They're hoping to get him moving today  Going to let DS off visiting tonight as we had tears last night (it was first time since Monday and I think it was all a bit too much)
My little list looks like this
Check Bank and make PAD
Washing & line dry
Royal Mail Surveys
Visit DH
Enter a few comps
All meals from cupboard/fridge/freezer
Check: Lucky Phone, Ashleigh, Numberpatelotto, FPL
Enjoy the lovely weather and have a great day, catch you all later.

Hello All,
Feeling terrible today. Had a really awful nights sleep... hardly slept at all.Think I finally drifted off after 3am! I don't know what's wrong with me. I ended up buying a FitBit today as I want to track my sleep pattern. I was looking at the Rose Gold one for ages but I just couldn't justify paying £150 for it!! I ended up buying the same style but in Fusica from Argos and put my Nectar points towards it so I paid £79 instead. Anyway, lets see what tonights tracker shows.
In other news:
* Been to Lidl and did a small top up shop
* Been anxiously waiting for the postman to deliver some replies from my creditors but nothing again today. So I plan on paying off one of my smaller debts on a Full and Final settlement
* Pay my other creditors that have responded today with my first reduced payment
* Bedding stripped, washed and now hanging outside to dry
* Want to get in a workout later but depends if this headache goes away
* Try and complete some more Swag surveys
Enjoy the weather everyone :cool:0 -
Afternoon all, same old, same old for me, powdered soup for breakfast and YS spinach and pine nut pasta for lunch. I have a couple of peaches with me but they're a bit hard still.
I have my guitar listed on flea bay with lots of watchers but it's not been played in a couple of years so need to plug it in tonight and check all is as should be as I don't want a disappointed buyer and/or a return.
I need to do a small supermarket shop as they had run out of the big packs of the cats' preferred food when I went just after payday. We are also out of bin liners and they only have the expensive ones at the local shop.
More putting away of clothes planned tonight, I did DS's last night, mine tonight.
I was working out on the train this morning what I need to build a desk into the under stairs area in the sitting room and I don't think it's going to be as difficult or expensive as I thought. The wood yard can cut the 2x1 to size for me for the supports and I'm thinking I can use MDF as the top (Ive already got MDF on the top of an old wardrobe base drawer unit waiting to be painted so they can match!) I've been stressing about cutting a shape around a small alcove bit in there bit I'm going to rebrand it as the hole where the wires go down instead :rotfl: I'll keep my old filing cabinet which will give it some extra support but will continue with sorting other stuff first, maybe next month.Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)
December £361.54, November £322.28, October £288.52, September £374.30, August £223.95, July £71.45, June £251.22, May£119.33, April £236.24, March £106.74, Feb £40.99, Jan £98.54) Total for 2017 - £2,495.100 -
Afternoon all,
Beautiful day in sunny Manchester.
Twins sorry to hear your not sleeping. I am a dreadful sleeper as well. I've started switching off , Ipad , laptop, TV and Phone etc after 9.30. The only stimulation I'm allowed is a book or jigsaw:rotfl:
Also I've started plugging my phone in another room, it's really helping. I'm sleeping much better.
Re the responses from creditors, I've sent you a PM.
Busy day at work today and all my ebay parcels posted.
Pulled some mince out of the freezer last night and made two lasagnes. One for last nights tea and the other has been frozen for meals next week.
-another £2 in the savings pot
-Used some vouchers to get SIL a 40th Birthday present from Boots
-planning on making some hm cereal bars this afternoon, I'm amazed how much we were spending on these, its saved a fortune.
-Fish and sweet potato chips for tonights tea.
We need some forest bark for the garden. It's half the price at Aldi than B&Q so we shall pop and get some later.
Have a good day all xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.
