AO dumped washing machine in middle of kitchen

Without the rollers I still wouldn't be able to pull the machine out if it needed servicing (and the engineer would probably refuse to do so in case it damaged the floor)...

If you'd bothered to read the thread you'd have seen that it was others who'd claimed the hoses would be too short to connect the machine without pushing it in.
Without the rollers I still wouldn't be able to pull the machine out if it needed servicing (and the engineer would probably refuse to do so in case it damaged the floor) and AO's website doesn't say the "Connection fee" includes pushing the machine into place anyway.
