I got the same email0

Today I have been changed to Powershop lite with all power packs refunded. This has been backdated to my last account review on 11/02/2021. Under Tariff information my account confirms that I’m on a fixed tariff at Pro Top Shopper rates until 30/04/2021 as my old tariff was due to end 10/03/2021.

Just to clarify my earlier post packs were credited at cost price to my account not refunded. Sorry if I mislead anyone0

Isn't that a Breach of Contract?tlcgrantham said:All packs refunded at cost
You purchased their offer and they cancelled and refunded your money, not the "True" value of what you actually agreed to purchase.1 -
Ive challenged them on fb and they looking into it. I suggest as many others as possible do the same it a written record too1

I assume the same happened to you both as well as others. We were told to continue buying and USING power packs as normal when they knew we couldn’t use them.0

I've got a supervisor looking into it. How have you got on?0

Have a look at paragraph 6 of your contract terms and conditions. Arguably, Powershop has recognised that the changes may result in higher charges and they are giving you time to switch before the changes are applied. If you stay, then SLC25 will apply which is that you have accepted a Mutual Variation of your contract terms.[Deleted User] said:
