The email states that all unused powerpacks will be credited to your account.

It does say unused power packs will be credited to your your account. Just as when you ask for a refund of unused power packs they are likely to be credited at the price you paid for them.

Hi - I'm a bit confused about what's happening with Powershop I must admit. There's talk here of contract end dates and I can't even find that from the website. I joined in August 2018.. Does that mean it ends in August this year?

Probably does. You can check on your online account by selecting Usage and then click on Tariff Information and it will tell you when your tariff ends.

Sign of the times, no month future packs available for me.
Just the following
1 x Winter Shaker @ 38% discount for equivalent of 6 days electricity
1 x Simple Saver @ 19.4% discount for equivalent of 3 days electricity
1 x Little Extra Pack @ 15.2% discount for equivalent of 2 days electricity
Also the bottoms up special pack that was released yesterday - 15% discount in my case.

I got the same packs and discounts as Equites and bought the Winter Shaker. However shortly afterwards  I couldn’t access either my online account or the app with the message “Powershop is currently undergoing improvements.”  Does this mean they’re changing my account to Lite? We’ll see. Has anyone else been switched to Lite yet.

Just tried and got the following response to my log-in request:

503 Service Unavailable

No server is available to handle this request.
So it would appear to be "Goodbye Powershop" and "Hello EON"......

I also tried https://www.powershop.co.uk and got this:


When I click on the "My Account" I get the same response.

app and website back up and running... have told them on fb i will leave when they have changed it over as its lost what made me stay lol.. still hoping they will i guess lol..
