Not liking the sound of the fact you may not be able to operate in the future.
    Hope all comes good.

  • Day 11 and bs still well within range. I was on the road at 6 yesterday and was a bit panicked as I had my lowest reading before setting off to drive over 100 miles. It was also a day when I didn’t have my standard breakfast and was meeting a former client for lunch. I managed it though thanks to fruit that I need to minimise. I had a pear for breakfast before the initial client meeting. This was topped up with a tea and a coffee than lunch was a Caesar salad without dressing drizzle or croutons.

I got home to an email about another crisis with that client. That’s someone else’s problem. I also watched the holly casually cross over. It was well done though I don’t like that new dr and her young adult unit.

Today is hump day and will bring us closer to the weekend. I cannot wait. I just want to veg and watch mindless tv.

Anyhow, today I am grateful for

  • Beanie,I loved her in monarch of the glen but really don’t like the holby character. So made it through Wednesday but am struggling with Thursday. The meeting about my alleged issue is tonight and I am going the avoidance route and am not going to that client today. I have other things including house stuff to work on and that is what I will do.

Last night, I felt a low blood sugar wobble on my way to bed so dh went and got me three segments of a mandarin. Just as well as this morning my reading was well within range. If I hadn’t taken the fruit it may have gone low overnight. I have now met the first criteria for drug reduction with the second being firmly in sight. Remaining on track should take it down from Sunday at which point my bs levels will probably climb for a bit.

Today I need to do work finance stuff as well as pay a few bills including my credit card bill. At this point, I will also update my sig as logging in will give me a mortgage figure.

    Today I am grateful for

  • Hey INOD,

Sorry to hear you had a wee wobble last night, thankfully your DH was there to help and support you.

Hope everything goes well with the client later on.
