Is the crack on the edge? These are cuased by how the screens are manufactured and installed; the outer 2 to 3 inches of a windscreen (the "Crack Zone") can have stress defects, which cause this area to fracture much more easily than the rest of the screen.
Stone chips can turn into larger cracks over time.
Extreme unexpected cold spells can cause screens to crack.
Or if you have a large variation in temperature, like if your car has been sitting in the snow all day and then you blast the heating, this can cause rapid expansion which causes a fracture.
(I really need to get a life.)
We can always depend on you, Ally
Welcome Naomim

Good evening everyone
Not been a very productive day:( went on a course this morning and by the end was feeling out of sorts.
Supposed to have been out this evening but I cried off, felt rough this afternoon. Hoping it's just a 24hour bug.
Did check banking first thing and washing done and on the radiator.
Found my daughter had put the heating up to 19 degrees:eek:-I switched that down straight away.
Daughter having leftovers today from yesterday, I've not fancied anything.
PrincessPea i am so sorry to hear about your chameleon, pets take a little piece of our heart with them when they go:(
Naomi's welcome. It's a brilliant thread:j
PurpleFairy you've reminded me that I have a coupon for Tesc@s that needs using for extra club card points. Have hospital in the morning so if feeling okay will pop in after as I need cat food.
Still need to get things listed on eBay-have been abit rubbish at doing this recently
Well that's it's from me today, hopefully a more productive day tomorrowDecluttering challenge 2023🏅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

- Used extra Nectar points coupons.
- Cooked for friends over the weekend so I used up left overs from this.
- Took lunch to work but, I was really hungry today so I popped out for a snack.
- Made a token payment against the CC0 -
Evening everyone  :coffee:
Thank you all so much for your advice and kind wishes. I am utterly exhausted - 6 hours of train travel for a 1 hour interview. I'm not sure how it went. I had thought it was ok, but as time has gone on I've picked my performance to bits and now don't think I did enough to get the job. Nonetheless, I got as far as interview, and I definitely did better than I did last time I was interviewed. Plus, I got to go to my favourite fast food place at Kings Cross station (Leon) and have that paid for by the company. Not a nsd but I will get back everything that I paid out.
Princesspea - sorry to hear about the chameleon
Katyann - nice to see you back and feeling better. Good luck getting back on the mse wagon.
So I had just over 12 hours out of the house in total today - not too much mse stuff happening. I did womble 20p off the price of going to the loo in London though :rotfl:
I'll be back properly tomorrow - I'm shattered tonight and off for an early sleep. Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

The very last load of the washing mountain is in as we speak, now I just have the folding/hanging up mountain
I stopped off at Mr T and got a few YS bargains that turned out to be not quite so bargainous. I tried to hive the teens YS liver and bacon for dinner and they hated it (so do I!) so it's gone out for the fox.
