    Morning all :):)

    Well today I am using some lamb shanks for dinner that have been in the freezer far longer than I care to admit to!

    I am also going for my "big shop" with about £6 worth of wombled receipt vouchers thanks to other peoples non frugal spending, one voucher alone is worth £3.87! From my own shopping they're normally about 11p :D

    Drying clothes on the line and putting the kids in the same bathwater later.

    Also going to watch some videos on ynab as I am not finding it as user friendly as Id hoped.

    Hope everyone has a lovely day x

  • Morning all :coffee:
    Yorkshire - I'm pleased to see I'm not the only one using kids activities to get some time to myself.
    Ally - I can't believe people will buy toilet roll tubes :eek:
    1LL - I wish I had a quiet day planned but lots of fiddly little jobs to do. Might get some relaxation time.
    I have a massive stack of clean, dry washing to sort out and get put away.
    Need to pay for kids dinners for next week at school
    Meal plan and prep for the week ahead
    Go and visit my mam for a catch up and a free feed
    Hoover through
    Empty rubbish and recycling
    Try not to stress
    Get an early night
    Time for another cuppa first though.

    Morning all,

    Today:
    * Washing mountain
    * Pet related cleaning
    * Rubbish and recycling
    * Food all from stores
    * Reconcile budget
    * Get ready for school tomorrow

    I downloaded the receipt hog app yesterday after seeing it on quite a few pages...it is definitely not going to be a money spinner for me as I hardly spend anything but I guess it may add a voucher towards xmas so will see how it goes - after all the receipts are there anyway and it takes 10 seconds to upload one. Old me would have been rolling in points!

    Anyway must get to it!

    Hi all
    - watched a movie last night with DH using the 2 pringle lids.
    - Bumped Facebook posts and will relist eBay posts when they expire in 30 mins!
    - Listed 4 things on Facebook/eBay
    - Thanks for the tip Ally about selling random stuff. I'm going to tidy through my kitchen next and I'm sure I have loads of jars stashed in there. Spare room almost complete, but still undecided about big bag of receipts...? Shred or just bin?
    - Wombled 2 costa receipts yesterday.
    - Did 'just dance' with my DD and going for a walk today, free exercise and bounts points.
    - FPL and comps
    That's all today, back to work tomorrow..boo hoo. LP x

    MSE Mental Health Group

    Hi all,

    Hope no-one minds me posting this on here:

    I've noticed that many of us on this Forum have an interest in Mental Health. Some of us live with Mental Health issues, and some of us care for those who do.

    For that reason I have set up a Facebook group called MSE Mental Health. It's a Secret Group so your posts cannot be seen by those not in the group.

    It's nothing fancy just an informal group for people to chat about their mental health.

    If you want to join please send me a private message and bear with me while I get you linked to the group. You can send me a message by clicking on my name next to this post.

    Hi Sunday Savers,
    Just a few bits from me today to show I'm keeping the faith:
    *Trip out to nearby historic site. Got in 'free' with our NT membership. Bought a coffee each but smuggled contraband home baked muffins in to avoid cake spend.
    *Took picnic so we weren't tempted to go back to the restaurant & stick lunch on a card.
    *Two baths from one lot of hot water (esp as just read email from our energy provider about prices going up shortly)
    *Finish knitting current pair of baby socks.
    *Experimented with joining my little knitted squares with black yarn & crochet. Think will look quite striking (a throw for sofa - thrift project using up scraps of sock yarn)
    *Dinner will be fish pie using the base I made the other day to use up box of odds &ends of fish from freezer. Decided to eat this today instead of buying a chicken or joint.
    *Read library book.
    *Mr f did a few surveys & cashed in Ipsos for a voucher.
    *On the homegrown veg front.....Baby chilli plants doing well, first cucumber seeding popped up today & Mr f arranged all his seed potatoes in old egg boxes on the windowsill for chitting.
    That's it for today.
    F xx
