The officer makes a mistake in the NIP about the location of the offence that made me suspicious. Also in the statement corrected a bit the mistake but still not very precise. She claims having over 10 years experience as a traffic officer. Didn't knew such an error doesn't matter much. I wish though finding pepipoo forum sooner.

You knew you did it, the offer as made and you turned it down because you thought a mistake on the NIP was a get out of jail free card...

Was it even a mistake? I seem to remember you admitting it was just a different set of reference numbers used.

I'd take it to the Supreme Court if I was you.

As a minimum. If you are quick enough you can just squeeze it in for a hearing at the ECJ

The bad news is that this is outside the scope of the ECJ.

The good news is that even when (if) we leave the EU we will still be subject to the European Court of Human Rights. The OP might have better luck there, and no need to rush.

What do you understand by liar? Someone who's lying !? "Everybody lies !" - Dr. House. I believe someone who claims not lying at all is an hypocrit.
I am not 100% convinced about my guilt but I don't have any evidence I and someone swears seeing me driving under the red X. Probably I did, slowly driving c!ose to a lory that was limiting my visual field I switched on the left lane somewhere near or under the gantry. After all the incident was behind me and the exit I needed to use was 1/2 mile down the road.
    Prize plum!!!

From your own accounts here and on pepipoo it's clear that you were guilty and you know you were guilty. You tried to jump queuing traffic by coming off and rejoining the motorway and using a closed lane. It backfired because you were spotted.

I cannot imagine how close to a truck you would need to be to not be able to see the overhead gantry. Probably tucked right UNDER the back end of it.

Every time you try to come up with another excuse, you make the reality more and more obvious.
