Hi
I am just coming to one month to end of my minimum term with Vodafone and looking to get another deal to last me 12 months again.
I am currently on Anytime 125+250txts inc STC, Passport for £20 per month. Average spend is about £25 per month inc line rental.
Basically I'd like more texts if possible (up to 500) and mobile internet plus a N95 8GB for as little as possible (obviously). What are the chances of me getting such a deal whilst still keeping my rollover minutes? Is this possible or would it mean changing to a new tariff without rollover minutes? What sort of price would I be looking at for the N95 8GB?
Once I am 'in the know' I will give Vodafone a call and be better prepared...
Maybe one of you guys from Vodafone can help, thanks! :beer:0 -

Hi tecas, if you contact Vodafone on 191 we'll look into your account and make sure you're on the best possible price plan at the same time as getting you a shiny new phone.
It's worth noting that our current price plans no longer have rollover, but this is because we give you many more minutes per month to start with so you probably won't need the rollover anyway.
Hope this helps,

They haven't changed the rollover for the old price plans have they?0

Hi,
Yes I can clarify this for you.
If you're on an old tariff prior to our CTR described tariffs that were introduced in 2006 then you still have rollover. If you're now on one of the CTR tariffs then rollover isn't available.
Your bill will tell you if you have a CTR or an older tariff when looking at the description. The new CTR tariffs actually start with the letters CTR in the tariff description on your bills. If you're not sure we can let you know what tariff you're on and which rollover, if any, applies.
Hope this helps!

hi all
it's my first post here; if for some reason, I've not done the right thing or followed the right etiquette, please accept my apologies first.
I had problem checking my bills online; so I called vodafone up and complained. By chance, my contract finishes today. Inevitably i got passed first to sales (upgrade), and as I complain about online stuff, I got passed to retention dept (i assume it is, as the sales lady said the next guy has more flexibility when it comes to giving discounts/deals)
With my £24.99 p/m priceplan (CTRA150+STC+18M), the retention person offers Nokia N95 8GB for £105 if I renew it for 18-months; or FREE if for 24-months.
Is that a good deal? I really don't feel like paying for a handset. Or is Nokia N95 8GB overhyped anyway?
Thanks for any suggestions in advance. :T

Took a bit of bartering but I got the new Nokia N95 8Gb for...
£12.50 on a 12month Contract!!!
This was continuing my old 500mins + 250 Texts + Passport +12m @ £35p/m
This was through retentions (rang up asking for my PAC) and the guy had to get his supervisor to enter the deal into the system as he did not have the authority to give the phone away at this price.0 -
Really? Well, I haven't said "yes" to mine yet. So now you're only paying £12.50 (as opposed to £35) p/m for the same deal, and with the new phone? Congrats!Took a bit of bartering but I got the new Nokia N95 8Gb for...

Problem with my vodafone contract...
I took out a 12 month contract, via The Mobile Outlet, and am now being told by vodafone that it's 18 months! Didn't get any documentation at the time that said either way. Vodafone are asking me to prove it's 12 months. Price plan is 'Anytime 500 minutes + Vodafone Passport + 250 texts (CTRA500+VP2+12M+250texts)'. Anyone know if the 12M indicates 12 months or had a similar problem resolved?0
