it was for 250 mins, 100 texts. What texts/mins have you been given with your touch pro?

With regards to getting a better deal after ringing up to cancel in the 1st 14 days, thats how i got my n958gb really cheap when it 1st came out. Got it free on a 12 month contract, whilst everyone else was put on 18 months, and still had to pay for the phone.

250 mins 100 texts same as you. It's not amazing but I have never exceeded my limit (which was less on my last contract) so it's a good deal for me as imho the Touch Pro is THE DON at the mo. I also have the Iphone , N95 etc and it really is the best all-rounder with that amazing screen, small size and slide out keyboard

191 from your voda handset, ask anyone from customer services and they will sort it out on the spot

vodafone will unlock blackberries too if you ask them nicely, they will post you instructions and an unlock code.

I recently got a brand new HTC Kaiser from them from retentions, on my £20 a month tariff, with stop the clock, passport, 125 anytime mins, 250 texts and 50% extra mins. In other words, i get hours and hours of talktime with STC added in.

But then they messed my bills up and started taking incorrect payments. I did though, recently manage to get another handset/number from them under my account, then that confused them even further, and took 5 months to fix the billing issues.
  • still waiting for a call back after 2 weeks of 1st call back... hope its soon really with a nice deal

Hi - just wanted to check, these deals people are reporting, are they 12 months contracts? I wouldn't want to tie in for longer than that, but couldn't see anyone who had specified how long the contracts were that they are being offered.

My partners contract was due for renewal and she was paying about £30 a month on a good month (for zero minutes and zero texts I might add!) and on a bad month almost £50!

I rang them up to try and get them to match a deal my sister has with orange. 600 mins, unlimited texts and a Tocco phone for £25. I said to him "We don't need a new phone, as we have a decent one" so he knocked it down to 20 pounds. I said we would think about it, went online and found several similar deals WITH phones, so rang back and said I can get it for £20 with a phone, can you get it cheaper than that? He got someone to call us back the next day, and they offered us 17.50 with a Tocco, we thought about it, considered selling the phone etc all the possibilities we could do to maximise the savings, then asked what it would be without the phone, as quite frankly the phone isn't at all important its the contract! So he goes off and comes back with £12.50 all inclusive of vat etc! My partner obviously wanted it and signed up right away, I asked the fella if I could get the same deal if I switched over from Orange (pay as you go) to them, he said yes and is calling me in about half hour to sign me up.

If it had just been her contract and not mine I would have thought perhaps a special offer to keep her? But as he gave it to me, I think perhaps it might be something you guys would appreciate too? (I remember a user on here was looking for a Tocco for their son, and their budget was £20, well theres £17.50/month for you there!!)

08080000166 was the number he called us on, and we called him on. I don't think it is direct to 1 person as we had to be put through to the same guy again etc. I promise this is a real deal!! And I hope it works for you guys too as I am so amazed at how we have gone from a combined outgoing of about £35+ her and £10 me, to £25 for both!!

Just call from any phone with a vodafone contract sim in, otherwise you have to pay to call customer services. You don't have to call from the phones you are unlocking. In fact, best to get the imei number (usually found under the battery pack) from the phones you are trying to unlock before you call them as they will need this info.

    hey rb6k

i rang vod. today and they quoted £12.50 per month incl VAT for a "12mth contract " BUT that after 9mths it would be £25 per month...and i didn't get this info until i confirmed again the total annual price !!

so is this the same as yours- or do i have to haggle a bit more?!
