It is possible, but the upgrade is based on your spend in the last 3 months, if it's been low or you had discounts from a previous upgrades running through these, they won't have a pot of money available to do all of that.

Just to do the tarif change + the discounts is just shy of £300 i believe so they may not have much more, if any to spend due to the above.

If you want to go down this avenue, try asking for 18 month contract with 12 months 50% discount on that tarif, it should open up some options.

what about the 2nd call? when is that expected? ive waited a week. what if i dont get any call? lol is there any way to contact them, or does it mean there is nothing i can do if no one calls back


btw, my current tarrif is £35/month 300 minutes, 250 texts, mobile internet. But it was a 12 month contract for a n957gb. Altho my bill has always been about 3 or 4 quid higher than 35. I also had the insurance. So i used to get a bill for 45. That said, 3 months ago i was in thailand, and used lots of mobile internet and some calls, so my bill was £120.

went into store and gt the samsung tocco on the same tariff l was on before. 500 min 250 txt for £17.50 on a 12 month contract. not sure if l gt a gud deal or not... is the tocco any gud????

Today I got upgrade from E65 to N96. £25 /month for 250 minutes and 200 texts.

Just at the start of the upgrade period - do you think I would have got a better deal if I had waited until nearer the end of the contract?

Without knowing the length of your contract and if/how much you paid for phone it's difficult to say.

That package is potentially incorrect.

I can understand 500m / unlimited text @ £15 and then £5 mobile internet however there is absoluetely 0 way of giving (more than 1 month) free Mobile TV, so i'd check that.

just received my omnia. the deal i received from them is £10 a month, 18 month contract, 75 minutes and 500 texts. i think its a good deal, isn't it?
