You got an Omnia on a £10 sim only 75 500 txt?
Well if you don't overspend you're getting a 500 retail phone for £180.. I'd say you've just raped Vodafone.0 -
Upgraded around a month ago, 600 mins, unlimited texts and a new c902 for £35 a month. Was have a look on the vodafone website earlier today and noticed they were offering the same contract, but with unlimited mobile internet, called them up to see where i stood / try and get it and was told it was an offer for new connections only.
Anyone got any advice? Or have i just missed out?0 -

Anyone know how long before you get your second call from vodafone retentions after having requested your pac code?
They called me up 2 days after requesting pac code, and havent called since, its been 2 wees. What should I do? Do i call them? If so how do u get to speak to that department0 -
My husband called to negotiate a new contract and the deal offered we did not think was that great. When he told the vodafone lady he will swap to payt she said that the rules have changed - you have to top up a minimum of £10 every 40 days. If you dont you will loose the top up and your phone number. We though this a bit harsh so said we would think about the deal offered. We have looked in the payt terms and conditions but can find no mention of such terms, I called payt customer services yesterday who said this was incorrect. Has anyone else heard this or were they trying to push us into having a contract?:o0

Well they did ring back today lol
They offered:
£6.99/month, 250 mins, 100 texts, 12 month contract, no new phone.
I took the deal. its not as cheap as o2 retentions (who can offer the same for free), but its alright for vodafone. They also offered the same contract with an n96 but for £20/month/18 months - which i didnt feel was a brill deal.0 -

Well, called cancellation dept tonight to return the Touch Pro and thay said I can keep the phone for free on a £20 per month 18 month contract so I took them up on it! (Was previously offered £30 per month on 24m contract) so they are definately up for negotiation.0

it was for 250 mins, 100 texts. What texts/mins have you been given with your touch pro?
With regards to getting a better deal after ringing up to cancel in the 1st 14 days, thats how i got my n958gb really cheap when it 1st came out. Got it free on a 12 month contract, whilst everyone else was put on 18 months, and still had to pay for the phone.0 -
i work for vodafone outbound retentions ( the guys who call you when you have sent in your cancellation letter or requested a pac ) and i can honestly say that pretty much all of the deals that have been mentioned on here over the last few weeks are 100% accurate. even the ones what seem to put vodafone out of pocket are true. they are 1 off deals to keep you as a customer with vodafone and you will probably never get a similar deal again.0
