Vodafone Retention Deals

i am now in sim only 15£ with 250min and 100 texts..
i am after a nokia E51 or E66..
how to approch asking PAC and going through retentions or just have a new contract as i dont care about the 15£ sim only number..and as i read here i can have a 50% line rental..
i dont care about minutes and txts ..the must important is the line rental and cost of the deal..
i was offered 15£ pm on a 12month contract for 75min and 100 txts..and a E51 free
any advices??

Just received a call from retention team offer SE 770i with 300 mins and 250texts 12 months contract for £12.5 per month . Think it 's ok .

If you could do with the extra mins/texs then maybe ask for this at £12.50 p/m. Should be no problem since the 770i is £220 cheaper on Vodafone PAYG than the phone (Soul) offered by retentions in this deal:

It's more a case of letting them try hard to find a deal you find acceptable. The customer is king with retentions.

they still havent rang. I think we rang too early (our contract only ends on 4th november). As we said we were going to cancel they just went 'fine cancel' and gave us the address to write to give 30 days notice. In about 7 years of having contract phones we've never been able to get better deals by saying we're cancelling. Really annoys me.

Never start a new connection! £15p/m spent with outbound retentions will get you a flash phone and a load of mins/texts and on a 12 month contract. Have you asked for your PAC yet?

not yet..i called the upgrades and they offered me a nokia E51 15£ pm on 12months contract with 75min 100 texts..i can go with a 18m with lower line rental..
