Hi Shalaber can I ask how long the contract was - 12 months? Before the credit I assume the price would be approximately £9.60 per month? If so that is the type of deal I'd be happy with for another 12 months with VF. Thanks in advance for your reply

I just got a deal from Vodafone. I am due an upgrade, and just called the upgrades department. No PAC code, no threat to leave.

    They offered me:

12 Month SIMO (can upgrade 3 months in to a phone if required)
    10GB Data
    Unltd Txts and Minutes
    Sky Sports/Spotify for 12 months
    3 month data test drive

Total £16/month for full 12 months.

I realise I might have got a few ££ shaved off or a few more GB by getting a PAC and threatening to leave. but life is too short!

    Hope this helps someone.

sounds a bit pricy to me, extras of sky all fine if you use them.

Well you are right about time. But I do like a deal, makes me content
Took a sim only deal- 12 months Did not ask for PAC CODE either

    unlimited minutes
    unlimited texts
    5g data
entertainment package for 6 months with sky sports or spotify (had to ring back to get this added)

Credit applied on account too, all works out at at less than £11 a month for 12 months.
Whether I have to cancel 6 months free entertaintment , I would think so, so its in outlook to remind anyway

I got 3 lines with Vodafone. Upgraded 1 of my lines with them couple weeks ago onto the U/L min & U/L text + 6GB data 12 sky sports etc tariff for £13.50 (after 50% discount) plus free month in form of a credit.

Tried to upgrade my 2nd line but on a lower tariff U/L min & U/L text + 1GB data @£17.00 standard price but was told they unable to offer 50% on this line as they are not allowed to offer any plan under £10. But was willing to offer 40% so kept it above £10.20 plus free month again in form of a credit

Wanted 50% off standard price plus credit for couple months free but was told they can't no matter what.
Anyone else experienced this or know if this is correct?

Has anyone had a decent retention deal on iPhone 6, Samsung Galaxy S6 or Note 4 recently? Hoping to upgrade soon and would like an idea of what others have been getting :-) (In two minds of waiting for next iPhone though).

I'm really interested to know what people have got on the S6 or S6 Edge...

In general is it still expected to get a 40/50% reduction on plans?
