I'm afraid the PM function is disabled for company representatives.
To discuss your upgrade options further, could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?
All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?
Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. So I can make sure I've got it could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
Kind regards,

Be very very wary and please get all offers in writing.
I requested my PAC September 2012, had dozens of calls offering Samsungs on the cheap, turned them all down as I wanted to wait for 4g. Then got the too good to be true call, free iphone 5, unlimited calls, texts and data, £36 a month, upgrade to 4g later in the year. Took it without hesitation.
After 2 months I got a bill for £175, £99 handset 2 months @ £37 plus calling 0845 etc..
Was credited the handset back but the monthly charge was left until I swapped to a 4g tariff. 4 months later my bills went up exactly £10. My unlimited data had run out... 6 month test drive apparently. I was dropped to 1Gb and had to pay £5 each for the other 2 I was averaging.
More moaning at Vodafone and they announce 4g and to come to the store to get everything ironed out. Store know nothing. Another phone call and I am assured a discount on 4g. Get set up in store and asked for £400 and my handset. The reason? To end my old contract as 4g is a fresh 2 year deal with another handset.
Explain my situation and get told flatly that is my only option. I gave Vodafone the ultimatum that my current tariff be put right and I be discounted for not having 4g on the iphone I was sold specifically or that I would cancel the contract for misrepresentation.
So here I am 5 months later, continually chased by Vodafones lapdog Capquest for ever increasing numbers with the threat of a default on my credit rating. I have requested a copy of the credit agreement under the CCA, only to be ignored even tho it is a criminal offence to do so. Despite an incomplete agreement being complete defence against monies owed I am still at a loss as to how I protect against a default on my credit rating.
A criminal case of extortion perhaps?
Trust me it is not a path you want to travel so please be especially cautious of retention deals and get everything in writing, either email or post.0 -
Hi there,
I'm new to the forum so please bear with me. I called VF to upgrade yesterday. I was offered a Nokia 520 or Samsung S3 mini for £10.50pm (50% discount) for 600 mins, unlimited texts and 500mb. My previous contract was for the same price but for half the mins and data. Is this a good deal? When I queried the phone model choice I was offered a S4 mini on the same tariff for £17.50 pm. Should I try for a better deal or go with one of the above?0 -

My 12 month sim only contract with Vodafone is up in a month.
I shall no doubt get a call from Vodafone then phones 4u and carphone warehouse after that so will see what offers are going.
I've got an iPhone 4 - got it under 2 years ago ( 2 years this coming May) on a £37 a month deal but only 12 months contract - after 9 months I moved to a £15.50 a month deal on a sim only deal.
I think I'll keep it going for another 12 months as the phone works, I'd like an iPhone 5s but don't want a 24 month expensive contract so will see if I can get a better sim only deal I think.
Wonder what I'll get offered this time round?Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Hi All
My wife was on a 12 month sim only plan of 600 mins, unlimited texts and 250mb of data for £8.93 a month. Her contract was up and she was looking for an upgrade from sim only to a contract with a phone. Requested my pac code before Christmas expecting a call but to no avail.
So went on to Vodafone chat to request a new pac code - eventually through to retentions and was offered a crap deal of 300 mins, 250mb data and unlimited texts and s3 mini for £17.
I stated I was not interested and wanted my pac code. after a couple of mins I was eventually put through to Vodafone's upgrade and disconnection advisers and was offered:
Galaxy S3 Mini - free
600 mins
Unlimited texts
500 MB data
250 MB BT Wifi
3 month Data test drive
All for £10.50 a month discounted for 2 years.
I have all this recorded as I emailed the chat transcript at the end of the conversation.
I am very pleased as is my wife - hope it all works out
