I along with many people before me requested my PAC code yesterday evening.

I received two calls from the 0808 retentions department however i was asleep then.

I'd appreciate it if somebody from retentions could get in contact with me again, if a vodafone representative from this forum could help me out i'd appreciate it a lot.

Out of curiosity has anyone managed to get a good deal with the note 3?

    Hi emp2010,

To enable me to take a closer look at your options, could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?

All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?

Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. So I can make sure I've got it could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?

    Kind regards,

    Lee

    Hi rayhool,

I'm afraid the PM function is disabled for company representatives.

To discuss your upgrade options further, could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?

  • I have rang vodafone and asked for a PAC code. The discount they. Gave during that conversation was only £19.50 per month for 1 year with unlimited txt, unlimited min and 2gb Internet.

    I did not take it.

Is there anyway to get it cheaper? My contract runs out on 6th of jan. please help
  • IPhone 5S discount?
Has anyone managed to get any kind of discount on an IPhone 5S contract?
I just spoke to a lady from upgrades and told her what I had seen on the Carphone Warehouse web site (IPhone 5S Trade in offer UL calls & texts + 1gb internet £32pm) and was quickly told they would not match this offer! They are sending my PAC code by text within 2 hours and my phone will disconnect in 30 days.
It's probably not that great an offer as I have to give them my IPhone 4S as part of the package but as it has a faulty charger port I don't think I could sell it for much. It does keep my monthly spend down though.
Was a little surprised at how little interest was shown by the upgrade staff as I have 2 other contracts with Vodaphone so would of thought I was a reasonable customer spending around £80 per month.
  • Iphones have always been the most difficult phones to get retention deals on in my experience. There is a lot more scope with Samsungs etc.
  • I was only after a sim only deal and they can't even give me any discount despite being with Vodafone for a few years now.

Should I ring Vodafone again to check whether they can give me further discount or to leave? They have given me my PAC code now my contract is finishing on 6th of Jan.

The deal they gave me is £19.50 for 12 months for unlimited txt, unlimited min and 2gb Internet.

    Please advice and help
