Vodafone Retention Deals

dear Vodafone Representative
do you have a complaints email address?
each time I try to contact you (you=vodafone) the websites down and when I logged the complaint via FB I was told to re-log in at the forum (I'm not willing to re-register JUST to log a complaint)

Dear Vodafone company representative,

Can you arrange for someone from retentions to give me a call. I spoke to a nice chap who was supposed to call me back on Wednesday at 3 but didn't. When I called back I got put through to the sales team in Belfast who were totally unpleasant. I have 5 lines on the account and have been a customer for 7 or 8 years and expected to be treated as such,but was quoted the online prices (Despite the fact I previously had a £12 discount). I went through this nonsense two years ago before retentions called me back and offered a reasonable deal. They have called back once since but I missed the call.
I want to sort this out today but refuse to speak to the 'Sales team' in Belfast

Just called up via 191. Offered a rubbish deal on an s4 mini. Something like 600 minutes (plenty), unlimited texts and 500mb data for £23.75 per month. Told them I thought it was poor.

What sort of deal could we get on the S4 mini?

Use a twitter account contact vodafone uk deals....

They contacted me a day or so after i posted and i got a decent deal on an S4.

I bet they could do unlimited calls/texts and 1gb + some wifi for that. Maybe a bit less.

Got my Pac code a few hours ago, then just now Retentions phoned and asked what I wanted...S4 was the requirement...

and I got it with
unlimited minutes
unlitmited texts
2gb of data
for 23.50 a month (50% discount applied)
24 month contract
Also had to take insurance out 9.99 every month which I will cancel straight away...
I'm quite happy and thank you for putting your deals on here so I knew I would get it! :beer:
