Giving this a go. Said I could see Orange deals for 25 quid a month for 500 minutes, unlim texts and 500MB for 25 quid for Galaxy SIII. Person on the phone said there's not much he could do and gave me my PAC code over the phone.
Now it's a waiting game to see if Vodafone get back to me!0 -

Vodafone got back to me this morning. I said I could get 500 minutes via Orange for a Galaxy S3 for 25 quid. They offered me free Galaxy S3, unlimited mins, unlimited texts and 1GB data for 25 quid, I accepted.0 -
galaxy s3 4g on red plan 2 gb internet £38 down to £25 inc vat happy with that
If you got this deal through retentions you will NOT get the family and friends discount.
And at the price you are saying had to be retentions.
Tried this myself for a retention deal for s3 for £45 pm 12 month contract.
I believe you will only get the discount if done in store or web based.
Check terms and conditions it clearly states this.Started advent comps 04.12.2013

unltd txt, min and 1gb data for £30 ,24 month
so i ended up going sim only with tesco and buying a nexus 4. Wish I had waited now as the htc one looks like a great phone0 -

Depends what you want - for the minutes and data it seems like a reasonable price. The Ace is fairly old now but is a good basic Android phone. If you want a better phone you'd have to pay more.0
