    Hi John 3:16,

It's my pleasure! I am sure we can find something that will suit what you are looking for.

    Hi hyndlegs,

I completely understand why you would be frustrated. I am more than happy to look into this further for you. Have you included WRT135 (FAO Heidi) in the subject box as I don't seem to have received your email as of yet.

    Kind regards,

    Heidi

I am just looking for a sim only deal and last year got a good deal of 600 minutes, unlimited texts and 1gb internet for £20 a month discounted to £10 for 9 months of a 12 month contract. I have contacted VF to see if they will do this again, but they say they no longer do discounted deals. Has anyone else found this?

Requested my pac code from vodafone the other day as they could match a deal i found elsewhere. Got a call from vodafone retentions who offered me

    Samsung Galaxy S
    600 mins
    unlimited texts
    1gb internet
    free phone
    24 months

    £20 a month including VAT

    Is this a good deal?
Would pay monthly prices for galaxy s2 be anywhere near this price?

    imo thats a good deal.

I went through the process of cancelling, pac code etc.....

....retentions offered me (after haggling) Galaxy S 200 mins, 1000 texts, 500gb Internet for £20pm over 24 months.

I turned it down and have not been able to get anything like that deal since so i am on the look out for deals elsewhere now.

This imo is a good deal, even though the Galaxy S II has just come out the phone is excellent.

Having missed out on an offer from retentions myself, I have been looking for the best deal i can get for the Galaxy s II and the best around is on the internet with phones 4 u or dialaphone on voda....free phone, 300 mins, 3000 texts, 500mb internet.

    Good phone @ £20 pm x 24 = £480
    Latest model @ £30 pm x 24 = £720

If i was you i'd go for the Galaxy S with more mins, more texts, more internet and save yourself £240 over the length of the contract.

I wish i had gone for the deal when it was offered me.
