we have a 2 yr contract up in April
currently 200 mins, unlimited texts with nokia 5800 for £15pm per phone.
essentially I'm looking for a desire for the same price plus internet.
what does the board think of my chances?0 -

Silly company
yeah the same deal they were offering me (i have been with them about 5 years) was offered on their website for new customers yet i could have got a few quid off quidco as a new customer, so in effect it was cheaper for a new customer.
strange company. they have lost a customer in me, happy with what i have been offered elsewhere0 -
I really need some help..
I requested my PAC from voda, they called me twice - offered me deals similar to the ones mentioned above.. wasnt really impressed with it to be honest.
but im reluctant to leave voda, ive been with them since 2003!!
I really want a bb as it will be useful for work
how do i get voda to call me back and offer a better deal?
failing that ..where do i go to get the best deal possible?
thanx0 -

It'll be interesting to see if retentions contact you and if they offer you a better deal!
sorry i should have made it abit more clear, that was retentions, i'd already turned down the upgrade which was free desire hd on my current contract - £25, 300 mins, txt, 500mb. then canceled and requested pac via email. the woman from retentions didn't really seem interested and just said 500mb was enough for her on her iphone when i was on about i could get twice that for the same price.

You should be able to do better. I got same deal on £25 on 18 month and i got the 100 extra mins for 0800, 0845 thrown in. Everything same as your 1st offer.
Not sure if it makes a difference but my tariff never reverts back to whatever it should be, its always on £25 and i pay extra £5 for friend and family0 -
I didnt think they are that good deals after reading through some of
these posts, the wrt give me these offers over the phone i didnt commit myself to any of them, what do i do now to try and get a better deal0 -
