Just got a phone call from the retentions team after the web relations team couldn't make a good enough offer and so requested my PAC instead. Got the following:

    Free HTC Desire HD
    600 Minutes
    Unlimited Texts
    1GB Data
Free Sure Signal box (signal at my current address is a little dodgy at times so thought it best to try this out as I managed to get it free)

    £25.54 pm

Very happy as the web relations team couldn't match this offer by a long shot.

Hi, was this for 18 or 24 months?

How did you manage to get the unlimited internet? I was under the impression that vodafone stopped doing this.

They have. Like all other operators, "unlimited" is subject to a fair use policy of 500mb. The "unlimited texts" is also subject to a fair use policy of 3000 texts.

500mb is hardly unlimited in fact I would say that allowance is very limited. You'll find that any other network would have at least 3gb as their fair usage policy if claiming 'unlimited'.

Vodafone as far as I'm aware do not provide unlimtied internet anymore unless their is a work around? I believe their are two options 500mb and 1gb and everytime you go over the allowance you automatically pay £5 for another 500mb.

If only. Only 3 has a true unlimited tariff, all other operators are 500Mb (or will be very shortly).
