I am on this fantastic £10pm SIM only 12 month contract which will come to the end of its 12 months shortly.
Low Price Reward Plan: 600 minutes + unlimited Vodafone to Vodafone calls, unlimited text + Vodafone Passport (SIMO YPL 600m UNLVF UTx 12m VP)
What I am not clear about is what happens at the end of the term. Does it simply roll on at the present cost or is it re-priced ? I have heard nothing from Voda, despite e-mailing them.
I know, because ive just found out my same deal has just expired.
the price will jump up to £20 per month, as mine just has.
and now i feel sick to the pit of my stomach, as i now have to go through the STRESSSSSSS of having a coversation with someone from vodafone :eek::eek:3 wonderfull kids :female::female::male:, 1 fab hubby, 2 beautifull cats and 1 very large dog = my family!

got offered a samsung galaxy s (8gig now) at the cost of £89, paying £40 a month for 12 months for 700 mins, 250 txts, unlimited landline and internet. This would be £569 over the year
for about £20 more I could stay on my existing sim free contract (giving me the above tariff) for a further year and buy the phone outright
quality offer from vodafone, thanks!0 -
I just got offered a Galaxy S with 300 mins 300 texts and internet for 35 for the phone and 25 a month... still not sure though as 02 seem to be offering a good deal as i already have another contract with them. not sure what to do.. think its time i leave voda again.0

Hi guys, long time reader.
Have just upgraded and, have to say, I'm really happy. Was upgrading from a £10 SIM only monthly deal, and phoned up for my PAC as I was looking around for a deal on the Desire or Legend. Was offered the Desire on a 300 minutes, unlimited texts and 500mb internet for £20 a month with either the handset costing £24.75 or taking the tenner insurance (first month free) but being able to cancel the insurance within that first month. I chose the latter. Deal is 24 months, which I am fine with, especially for the monthly price, as the Desire is the phone I want.
Suffice to say, I'm pretty happy with the deal I got. Been a long time Vodafone user in different forms, so don't know if this helped, but credit to them for coming up with that!0 -
I have just been offered:
600 mins
unl texts
unl internet
24 month contract
Free Samsung Galaxy S for £30pm
Free Blackberry Bold for £25 per month.
I did decline and was fairly insulted by this. This is exactly what new customer get online - how ridiculous. Thats loyalty for you isnt it!!! I have been with Vodafone nigh on 9 years now, and have 5 lines on my account. I told him that what he was offering was disgusting, and that I will be cancelling next month.
Vodafone - get your act together and give something back to your loyal customers.
Just been offered the above handsets now for £25 a month on 24 mnth contract or £30pm on 18 month contract.
Still not having this - its only a £5 discount on what new customers get. I am off.0 -
