Hoping to have same deal with HTC Legend on an 18 month contract?
Am I dreaming?
Looking at forum Vodafone don't seem keen to retain current customers!
:money:
Tried emailing the Vodafone team through this site with no reply, how long do they usually take to get back?0 -
Just thought i'm update on my contact confirmation.
As I have online billing they sent through my renewal details by email.
To reconfirm for your information:
Free HTC Desire
600 mins
unlimited text
unlimited internet
12 month contract
9 mths @ 17.50
3 mths @ 30.00
A great deal and I'd also like to say how good Vodafone were in their customers services :T0 -
Not sure if this is a good deal or not, but it is retaining my 12 month contract and existing deal:
Anytime 75
Stop the Clock
100 texts
500mb internet
plus payment of £12 for HTC Wildfire
for £20 per month
I do go over my talktime currently, although not by much, but I don't usually go over my texts. All other deals seem to be for an 18 or 24 month contract, and whilst I don't change my phones that often, I'm not sure that how valuable keeping a 12 month contract would be. I wouldn't mind an 18 month one. The phone isn't in stock for another week, so I have some time to find a better deal.0 -

Not a great deal I think. Wildfire should be free - and in the long run paying for a more mins works out better.0 -

In terms of the galaxy s, been offered the following over 18/24 months with a free phone.
18 months,900mins, 1GB Internet, 3000 texts, £40.00 per month but discounted to 15 months @ £35pcm.
24 months 900mins, 1GB Internet, 3000 texts, £35.00 per month but discounted for 21 months @ £30pcm.
The options as I understand below that carry a cost outlay for the phone, which means the net affect is greater than above tariffs. So basically it's like a £5pcm saving than a new customer, with more minutes.0 -

In fairness Webteam got back to me with offer "Thank you for your email.
If you're looking to upgrade to the HTC Legend we can offer you the following package;
300 minutes, 3000 texts, 500MB data at £25 per month on a 24 month contract with the HTC Legend free of charge.
Stop the Clock can be added for £5 per month to this price plan.
If you would like to go ahead with this package please let me know and we'll be happy to get in touch.

Needless to say I won't be getting in touch!0 -

Actually managed to get the following deal, which wasn't available last week.
Galaxy S Free
24 Months, 600 mins, 1GB Internet, 3000 texts, £25 per month for first 21 months and remainder at £30. Last week at that level of minutes I was asked to contribute £150 for the phone.

They offered me a similar deal so I asked for my PAC code by email. I got a call today from Retentions and they offered me:
HTC Desire free
300 mins
unlimited texts
500mb internet
18 months contract
£25 a month
Since i didnt need that many minutes, I accepted the deal although the phone is out of stock at the moment.0
