That seems a good deal, I am due to renew this month and am currently on ultd texts and net, 200 mins for £15.
Hoping to have same deal with HTC Legend on an 18 month contract?
Am I dreaming?
Looking at forum Vodafone don't seem keen to retain current customers!

Remember, those of you who have been put on tariff's of 500MB per month may be eligible for a free upgrade to 1GB per month depending on your plan and phone type:
From Vodafone's eforum:
"The premium tier of our new price plans includes 1GB of data instead of 500MB.
If your current price plan has “YP” at the beginning of its code (see the first page of your bill) then you’re on the older version of the premium plans and are eligible to move to the new ones. You’ll pay the same as you currently are per month for the same allocation of minutes and texts, but with twice the data allowance. The handsets this applies to are: HTC Touch Pro 2, HTC Desire, Google Nexus One (which was previously 1GB), HTC HD2, Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, Samsung Galaxy S or Nokia N900.
If you’re on any other plan currently, then you’ll either be on an older price plan or one with “YC” or “YE” at the beginning of the code. As these plans normally have a lower monthly line rental, you can move to the premium plans which include 1GB of data, but this will involve you paying a higher amount of line rental each month or taking a drop in minutes or texts. You can’t move to any of the newer price plans which have a lower monthly line rental or commitment length than you’re currently on."
Hi...
Thanks for your post - it really helped me improve my tariff
I phoned Voda customer service and was offered, without asking or argument, 300 mins, 500 texts, and 1GB of internet as a 'complimentary' upgrade on my account at no extra cost. I was on 250mins, 100 txts, & 0.5 GB on my just renewed £25, 18 month contract.
Well impressed with there customer service in my dealings with them this week regarding the new tariff and HTC Desire upgrade, they actually fulfilled all there promises and more - hopefully they have turned a corner !
Thanks again,

Hi
I phoned upgrades last night and was offered a Samsung Galaxy S for free, along with 600 minutes, unlimited txts and 500mb of internet for £25 a month, with the first 6 months half price on a 2 year contract.
Do you think I'm likely to get better from rentions?0 -

If you are on the older YP price plan then do not switch to 1gb.
You will be worse off with the 1gb hard cap, as the minute they charge you for going over what used to be the 500mb soft cap you will be able to cancel without penalty.
They are not doing this out of kindness.TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS0 -

That sounds way to good to be true to me, I hope you havent been mis-sold. Either that or some-one at Vodafone made a generous mistake in your favour.
Let us know what transpires.

I hope so too. He offered me the deal in the morning and i asked for a call back in the afternoon in which he confirmed the deal 3 more times before confirming that all calls are recorded and backed up to preclude cases of mis-selling. My guess was that if I dispute then they have to check the call(s) in order to confirm their offer as well as my agreement to it.
The truth will be in the paperwork when it arrives, but my last deal was true to the offer over the phone so hope this will remain the case.

Did you pay a lot of money up front for the handset ? This would explain the low tariff cost & term.

nope. Free phone. again made him confirm it several times.
I even got him to add up the total value of the contract which he confirmed as £247.50.
I remain hopeful and confident but the proof is in the pudding as they say.0
