Vodafone, please explain how a new customer has "Just got offered a free Desire, 600mins, Unlimited Texts and Internet for £20 a month for the first 15months and £30 for the last 3 on an 18month contract from Vodafone"

Yet I was only offered £30 a month for 24 months?

I have been with Vodafone for ever! but I handed my notice in a few weeks back and have my pac code.

My contract expires on the 24th april, BUT I have been offered a good deal on the Desire, the problem is they have no stock Until the 20th (they think) so what do I do.

I am currently paying £35 a month but the new contract which cant be set up till phone is in stock is for £25 a month

If it doesnt come in on the 20th where does it leave me??

    Hi there!

three1ne and simon1 I wouldn't be able to speculate on what other customers have/haven't got as their upgrade/new connection.

Should you want us to look into either of your accounts we can certainly do that for you. If you have emailed us before let me know the reference number and I'll make sure a member of the team gets back to you.

If either of you or anyone else would like to send us an email so we can look into options for them then you can send it from here. Make sure when you send your email you include a link to this thread, your username and the code MMM135 so the email comes straight to us. If for any reason you have difficulties using the Contact Us form then you can email use using the email address in our profile.

    All the best

Hi Kirsty, my reference number is 2360711 if you want to have a look. The frustration I am getting is that
a - whoever I speak to in VF gives me a different answer and
b - although you say you can't speculate on other customers' upgrades, one has to assume that the postings we see here are accurate and for WHATEVER reason, some of your loyal customers are getting far
    [STRIKE]better[/STRIKE] worse deals than others.

I'll hopefully hear from you with a comparable offer? Really hope so.

Fixed. At least in my case.
