I emailed requesting my PAC three weeks ago after a badly handled billing problem and heard nothing. I emailed again today giving notice on my contract and requesting my PAC.........we'll see! I was caught out when renewing 18mnths ago; I had stop the clock and asked if I could keep it, not realising it was coming to an end for new contracts. Yes ofcourse they said , but it took me sometime to realise I no longer had it (not the sharpest tool in the box!). I'm not a big moneymaker for them and so after reading this thread I don't think they will be desperate to hang on to my business, but I have been with them for many many years and have noticed a sharp decline in customer service particularly over the last two.
Beware - if you don't have it in black and white - don't trust them!

Just rang Voda, with regard to HTC desire, best contract they can do is £30 p/month for 24 months. The guy was very helpfull but could not help so after 10 years I have requested my PAC number. Its a pity as I like Voda but there are much better deals out there so off to Orange or T-Mobile !

Just had a very similar discussion with them and I'm in the same boat. Disappointing really but nothing they can do. :(

That deal would do me, they will only offer me a 24 month contract for £25 a month or 18 month contract for £30 a month
