They say in Retentions they cannot do it but I can GUARANTEE that if they dont do it, when you get confirmation of your contract it WILL NOT be as you agreed then you have to spend a week phoning them to sort it out.
Very disappointing......0 -
I came across my early upgrade day on Thursday, I have two contracts and the other one is due at the beginning of April, however, after checking deals online then phoning to discuss these it turns out that these are only available online, so no personal discussion to see if there is something better to get!! I was so miffed with this as the choice for upgrading isn't the best unless you sign up for 24 months.
So the letter of cancellation has gone in, i won't even be looking for a replacement for my phone, a letter will be going straight in, I got my Blackberry Storm when it launched and had no end of problems, after three times away for repair even though they wouldn't admit to having no software fix for the problem(that was straight from Blackberry) so after the third time and not being able to fix I got one of the newer handsets, and thankfully no problems since, however, my confidence with CS was lost at that point, so it'll need to be good deals I get in a couple of weeks time.
Here's to the Retentions team calling!!Thanks to all the competition posters.0 -

Hi three1ne
Once we receive your email, you'll usually get an instant reply with a reference number. If you've not had this it could be you're email hasn't got through to us for some reason. If you could try to send another one using the code MMM135 we'll be more than happy to get in touch.

It's a shame to hear about the problems you've had in the past with your account, we'd love to see if we can help out with your upgrade. If you can contact us using the link and include the code MMM135 in the subject line we'll see what we can do.

You've not mentioned which handset it is you were looking at, but we'd love to see if we can help. If you can contact us directly on this link, including the MMM135 code we'll be in touch and I'm confident we can find the right package for your needs.
All the best,

Hi p1tse
It's a shame to see that you're leaving, but I'm sure we can still help you.
If you've used your PAC, once your number has fully transferred over, you'll get a final bill from us. It's this final bill which will contain any credits for line rental you've paid but not used. You can contact us directly using the same links as above and we'll be happy to take a closer look at your account for you though. Just include the code MMM135 into the subject line and we'll be in touch.
Thanks
Helen
