Vodafone have lost alot of customers one of my contracts included. I have another 3 comming up and it don,t look good.
When will voda understand it is better to keep the customers you have than to throw them away and look for new ones?The measure of love is love without measure0 -
My contract is ending on 15th March. I've been offered one deal approx 3/4 weeks ago but declined it. I haven't sorted out anything else yet as I couldn't work out which handset I wanted.
02 have changed their contracts from what I have just read and someone implied Vodafone have done the same. Can a VR tell us if that is true please? Are they now offering the same as a new customer would get? Thanks.0 -

I too will advise my partner to email you. his contract is in the last 30 days and he is currently on a 12 months contract, and was wanting to upgrade to the nokia n97 mini, but vodafone want 196 pounds for this phone!! but we have seen the same phone for 18 pounds and the same tariiff he is on the now for 12 months, so heres hoping you might be able to sort some deal out!!0 -
ordered my vodafone PAC, came via text and letter saying good bye but give them a call to see if they can do anything. as i can get a friends and family discount on orange with 20% monthly discount, i thought i would ask. but vodafone can not do anything on the iphone on discounts.

As far as post 2781 is concerned...it was Lee in your department who provided me with misleading information about getting a good deal and also failed to suggest a temporary SIM only deal until the iphone came out, costing me at least £25 a month more than I needed to pay. :mad::mad: So please don't say that you can help because your department is rapidly becoming like the rest of the Vadafone company!!Vodafone_company_representative wrote: »Good Afternoon Everyone,

I have to agree with the above and I'm also annoyed with Lee, after agreeing to a Blackberry Bold for £25 per month with him, I was sent a Blackberry Curve and was being charged £30 per month.0 -
