Don't think I would agree with you regarding O2 treating their existing customers better, just look at the O2 retentions thread. Haven't heard of anyone getting decent deals in a long time.

O2 retention deals are not as good as they were before!

    Dear Web Relations team,

I wandered if you may be able to assist me in possibly suggesting why the following has happened with me...

Utterly disappointed with voda this year: all ive been offered id nokia 5200 300 min and utd texts for £15 pounds, and said i could have it with internet for £20 only on a 24 month contract...

Its really disappointing as ive been with voda for nearly 5 years, and they've only offered me what is on their web site for new customers.. :-(

its such a shame as I actually like vodafone as my service provider

    Many Thanks

  • i'm in my upgrade period now, my current spend is £60 per month but in my new flat i cant get a signal. i live in the centre of newcastle so i find this fairly bizarre, i recently tried an o2 sim and i can get a signal with them. i like vodafone, but theres not much point in upgrading if i get no signal there. vodafone do a box called a gateway which can solve this, but they charge you £6 a month for it. i'd renew with voda if they would cover the cost of the box, otherwise i might as well go to o2, can anyone (voda reps etc) advise on this?
