Hi with ref to me not being a happy vodafone customer. !I had been promised on the 23 rd nov 09 that I would be getting the htc hd2 on my existing length and tariff. !Today I called 191 to find out when vodafone would be getting more stock of handset !and to my suprise lee smith started his usual lies that vodafone had decided to no longer stock device at all and that they had discontuned it, !I no this to be a complete lie because vodafone have been saying on their offical forums that they will continue to stock it and it would make no sense not to since it was so popular. !I have since learned that vodafone will only be Serling it online. !My situation is this I have got a quote saved on my account but now can't get the handset over the phone please help me otherwise with a deep heart I will have to leave vodafone to go to 02.
Regards mr khan0 -
I got the following for £10 per month - normally £20 per month.
900 Anytime Minutes
Unlimited Texts
Unlimited Mobile Internet
I now have my PAC and it seems to me you have been fortunate with the retention staff you have dealt with, if they had offered me such a deal then I would probably consider staying. Your particular offer is a little better than the current quidco deal, which is open to anybody, but it seems that I will soon be needing to unlock my phone and move on.0 -

Thats a shame that the retentions staff haven't manged to come up with a deal for you to remain with Vodafone.
Maybe the Vodafone rep could offer some assistance??0 -

Just been offered the HTC Tattoo with 300 minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited internet for £19.57 on a 24 month contract or
the HTC Magic with 75 minutes 250 texts and unlimited internet again for £19.57 on a 24 month contract.
I really want a Hero though so I think I'll need to look elsewhere as I'm not convinced these are good deals anyway0 -

I am due an upgrade soon and i would not stay if they offered either of these deal for a few reasons one its 24 months i would never go more than 18 and both these phones are not a patch on the hero which can be had on much better deals for £25 from t mobile.
I would go for the magic over the tattoo as there are some problems with getting some apps on on the tatoo, think its something to do with the resolution or screen size.also you cant put the hero rom on it. if they wanted me to stay i would look for the magic with my current 600 mins and unlimited messages and add internet for about £20 on 18 months. The thing in general that puts me off vodafone is there firmware that they runin the handsets with0 -
If anybody from Vodafone is reading this, I'm still waiting for a reply to my query as I don't want to have to leave Vodafone, but if they don't want to have repeat business from me, I'd be more than happy to take it to a network that can offer me what I want...0

Good afternoon borgmanjayce,
I’m concerned to see that you haven't had a reply as of yet to your query.
When the Web Relations Team asks forum members to get in touch, we always ask for the code WRT135 to be added into the subject line along with the member's username and a link to the thread.
So we can make sure your query gets dealt with could you email us at the address you’ll find in the ‘Additional Information’ section of our profile?
Many thanks

I just phoned vodafone and credit to the woman who answered she asked me why I wanted to leave and as I told her my reception was poor yet she didn't try to sell me anything. Part of me feels put out as I had cancelled my three contract with a lovely lady who took nearly a hour to cancel with but at the same time at least I wasn't pressured into buying a new contract.
Now I just have to find a good contract on a new provider. What I have done is ordered free sims from each company to see which has the best signal reception at both home and work. I highly advise people to do this as first you don't pay for the sims so its free and secondly you know that your reception is good in the two main places you spend the most amount of time.
Now lets go trowl the web for a new deal0 -
Hi sorry i am new to this forum, how do you get in contact with vodafone web team.
