Vodafone Retention Deals

I was on holiday in a different country and has to call someone who lives on the other side of the globe. I must have called 3 different countries during that time. I remember calling vodafone at some point asking them if they cud help me out with my payment i.e split the amount in 3 payments cos at one point i was paying around £500 in one bill which is way too much but all i got was a rubbish response. and that was not the only high bill ive got!

well, it would be nice if vodafone can refund those (amount) bills apart from what i normally pay monthly.

Just upgraded and this is what I got...

Sony Ericsson W715 (Free),
600 minutes and unlimited texts,
12 Month Contract at £12.24 per month...going up to £12.50 when VAT goes up to 17.5% again.

What do you think guys...? Did I do good?

My wife order HTC HD 2 two weeks ago n keep tell us wait 2 more days till now , just ask for pac code , go for Iphone 3gs O2 or Orange . Vodafone start go downhill now .Useless

With regards to your international calling.Do you call abroad from within the UK?

If so, Passport will not work in this case. You can find information about international calling charges here.

Sadly there are not many flip-top phones on the market anymore but I hope you manage to find one that suits your needs.

Had a great conversation with Vodafone earlier this week....

The Vodafone rep was fantastic and it just goes to show that its possible to get great deals by simply being polite and having a laugh on the phone with the advisor.

I got the following:

900 Minutes Anytime Sim Only
Unlimited Texts
Unlimited Mobile Internet
Stop The Clock Service FOC Normally £5 per month
Vodafone Passport

Normally £20.00 per month but has been discounted to £10.00 per month

Well Done Vodafone and to the reps on this forum for great service!

yes email them still no phone call ,my pac code expired n the day termination of contract is over too because they offer me the HTC HD 2 deal 2 weeks ago to make me stay with them , then keep telling me delay , now they don't bother to contact me . l need to contact them to terminate the contract again . Also l missed the deal from another network too. l 'm very disappointed for Vodafone ,been with them over 10m yrs.
