Vodafone Retention Deals

I been thinking about it now and I am not happy with that really...been looking on their website and they have conned me! I have got the same deal that anyone would get! I never got a special deal at all!

Sorry if I spoiled things for you by giving you second thoughts! I am sure that if you are really not happy then you could ring them back and renegotiate - have a look at what you could get from other networks and use this as a base from which to argue. Think about what you want - a different handset, lower tariff and/or shorter contract.

I just called them as I not happy! They said I can now have the deal for £10 a month?! Surely thats not right?! They halved it! I will call tomorrow to check it!!! If iit is a tenner a month thats a great deal!

yep just called back and spoke to someone else! Until may 2011 (a month before contract ends) tenner a month! Thanks so much noelphobic thats great! I am chuffed to bits!

just out of interest have you tried calling again, i find it often depends on who you talk to, my last couple of contracts have come from repeated calls (i have got better deals this way than i was offered in calls i received from retentions)

Do make sure you get this in writing. I'm still wrangling with them over the offer they made to me and they are insisting they wouldnt have made such an offer because it would not be commercially viable.

I got a phonecall from vodafone two days ago, they offer to keep my mobile and same tariff for half price. I am happy with my phone N95 8gb, my tariff is 200 minutes STC and 250 text currently paying £25 so i will be paying £12.50... Do u think that is a good deal? i would like to have the free internet :rolleyes:..

I was offered the same without stop the clock with 750 mins, maybe worth trying again or £15 with the internet
