Was this negotiated after a contract, or is this your first contract with Voda?
I currently have a Pay as you go phone, but want something a bit better than what I currently have. Thinking about the N95 8Gb...

My 12 month contract is due to finish in March and I am seriously considering switching to PAYG because my current contract is too expensive for what I use. I am currently on Anytime 125 + 250 Text for £20 per month but I only use about 30 mins and 75 texts per month. The last couple of months I've also spent about £5 a month on data.

Could I get a cheaper tariff from vodaphone or should I go PAYG?

    Cheers

    James

My OH was on the same contract last year but paying £25 mth, I managed to remain on the same tariff for £12.50 mth for 12mths and a new phone,

This is a renewal for my first contract. So, this can be considered as the second contract.
  • Hi all, does anybody know if the Vodafone retention squad have the ability to get the N82 in order to keep their excellent customers (like my goodself;) ) happy?

I work for vodafone so if any of you are looking for a good deal on an upgrade - let me know what you have at the moment, how much your bills are usually and what phone your looking for and i'll tell you what you can expect to get as the best possible deal!

I was on £40/500mins with Vodafone and changed after 9 months to £30/300 mins. If people are being offered 9 months half price with a free phone, can I get 12 months half price on a 12 month contract if I keep my existing handset? Or could I get an N93i and get 6 months half price perhaps?

    Thanks

I have just rung vodafone and managed to get a Samsung G600 (refurb) with 75mins + 100 texts per month for £12.99 pm. I'ts a 18 month contract which I didn't really want but all in all I am quite happy with the offer!

This isn't a retention deal, got it as a new customer, but it looks better than many of you guys are listing at the moment:

    500 mins
    unlimited texts

    £25/month on 18 month contract...

This to me seems excellent, £10 off the normal charge - perhaps those wishing to renew can drive down their monthly cost by requesting this package? Got the Samsung F700 phone free too, which I've just sold to buy an HTC Touch Dual smartphone...

That is a good deal but as I am a low user it would not suit myself.
