Do you have a direct debit in place? Online billing is only available to Vodafone customers who pay by direct debit.
Is you account paid up to date or are they any restrictions on you line? If an account goes overdue or if any restrictions are placed on your account this will suspend your online billing service.
Did you activate the online billing option after you had signed up for a "My Vodafone Account"? After you have activated your "My Vodafone Account" you will need to select the option for online billing from the left hand toolbar.
If you have done all of this and it still isn’t working I would need to have a look at your account. Please contact me via the Vodafone online contact us form here. Please fill in all the details it asks then I wont need to come back and ask any further questions. If you include the code FIT135 in the body of the email it will come through to my team in the forum department.
Hope this helps.

Sorry you are having problems accessing your online billing account at the minute. There has been a fault with accessing online billing over the past 6 months however this has now been resolved. It sounds like yours is a one off so I would like to have a look at your account to check everything is correct. If you would like me to do this please contact us via the Vodafone online contact us form here. Please fill in all the details it asks for and include the code FIT135 in the body of the email so that it comes through to my team.
In response to your second query I don’t have access this information I am sorry. I would suggest that you visit a local Vodafone store and see what they have available and at what prices. We do have some great PAYT handsets available on the Vodafone website here; some are from as little as £18 which is a fantastic price.
Hope this helps.

Hi
Got to say if you stick at it you will get what you want.
Phoned Vodafone today looking for the new Sony Ericsson W960i(similar in idea to the iPhone). I knew that it has only just been released but have had my eye on it for a while.
Anyway, spoke to Tom(very helpful) and after a while of bartering managed to get the phone for free on my existing £20pm 250texts 125mins(which rollover)!!
I was due an upgrade 5 months ago but have been holding on for this phone so maybe that helped, who knows.
Not bothered as i am a very happy chappy!!!!!0 -
is that on a 18mnth m8, i asked yesterday (upgrade available from next week)
on £25 a month contract, i could get it but it would cost £40 plus 18month contract.0 -
Sorry,forgot to mention the contract. It's an 18 month.0
-
i would rather stick with a 12 month myself, the wife's samsung f700 isn't a problem even though they seem to cost around the same, probably down to the fact that it's new.0

Hi Diamonds,
Sorry you're having problems accessing your online billing. I understand you have already spoken to several people at Vodafone however I would still like to take a look at your account and see if I can help you. I was previously in contact with Danuk and I was able to resolve his fault and get him up and running on his online billing account as per his post quoted below.Would just like to say thank you for sorting out my online billing after such a long time..... again vodafone have shown good customer services and i would just like to thank the person who sorted it (not sure about posting names, but you know who you are!)
Thanks again, top notch service !
If you would like me to help then please contact me via the Vodafone online contact us form here. In the body of the email put in the code FIT135 and this will ensure it comes through to my team so I can help you. Be sure to fill in all the details it requests so I can access your account without having to ask more questions.
I look forward to hearing from you so I can help further.
Thanks

Rang Vodafone today to ask for an upgrade to a Nokia N95. The woman I spoke to did nothing but patronise me and told me I would never get the phone for free on my current contract. Said I was willing to pay £20 per month (as previous poster got the phone for that price) and she continued to patronise me and tell me it was impossible. I am ringing again tomorrow but shall be selecting the cancel contract button rather than the upgrade.
As a family we have 5 phones with Vodafone (4 contract and one PAYG) and unfortunately I am only able to cancel the one contract at the moment. If I could cancel the lot I would, after speaking to an extremely unhelpful 'customer services' rep.0 -
Rang Vodafone tonight to tell them I wanted to terminate my contract with them following yesterday's conversation with one of their reps. The guy was really nice and apologised on the woman's behalf for yesterday. He offered me nothing to try to keep my business. My letter will be in the post to them tomorrow to terminate. Their loss really as my family have 4 contracts and 2 PAYG with them and as each contract ends they will not be continued. Rant over!0
