Same here ssgtsnelly. I've had 5 SE's now, all but one (W880i) have been faulty! I'm on the third K850 handset now and can't wait to get rid!!
Fingers crossed there will be no problems with the Ultra! You'll have a few days with it before I get mine, so let me know!!♥.0 -
well it was meant to be here before 12 and still not got it :S im going out at 5 and it will be just my luck that fedex etc will wait until ten to 6 to deliver haha.
CPW are doing a £42 trade in for the K850 at the moment, thats where mine is going, great camera when it works though haha0 -
Have just spoken to Vodafone about my new contract and was offered the following;
Nokia 5800
600mins
unlimited texts
internet
18month contract
15month @ £22 then upgrade or reverts to £35
I am waiting for a better offer though as if I go through Quidco I can get the following;
Nokia 5800
600mins
unlimited texts
internet
10month@£17.50 then back to £35
£120 cashback
average is then £18.61 a month!
Anybody have any thoughts on the pros and cons of that? Vodafone claim I would not be able to port my old number over but I read on another thread that it might be possible to port to another network pay as you go sim and then port it back to my new contract (once the cashback is done). Has anyone done this?
Vodafone are so far refusing to match the £18 a month which would save me some hassle if they did.0 -
My 18 month contract has just come up for renewal - was Anytime 75 min calls stop the clock and 100 texts for £17 a month. Don't really use more than this so was looking for either a lowering of tariff, free Nokia 5800 or shortening the contract.
I can get the phone free with 02 for effectively £7.50 a month tariff (18 months half price line rental - normally 15.00), 100 mins and unlimited texts.
All Vodafone would offer when I was put through to retentions was the phone for nothing (initially the stroppy woman in customer services said on my tariff I'd be looking at paying £90 odd for it and it was out of stock anyway) - magically they seemed to have some still in stock for special cases... and he'd reduce my monthly bill to £12 a month.
Good deal or not? Am umming and aahing as to whether to jump ship or not - especially as we were looking to get o2 broadband and me having an o2 phone would halve that price too....0 -
I accepted for £25: Nokia 6210 Navigator with 500 minutes, 100 texts, unlimited internet and stop the clock.
The latter means that after 3 minutes use of the inclusive minutes I can carry on talking for 57 more minutes free (after 6 and at weekends). Canny usage would allow you to talk for 166 hours or for almost 7 days non-stop. A feat that is quite within the capacity of my beloved...0 -

If you must have 1500mins Vodafone is the only place to go so you have no choice.
However if you can live with less mins like 900mins, then here's a comparable deal from dialaphone.
Tocco Ultra
900min+Unlimited landline+Unlimited internet+Unlimited texts
Line rental £45. Then potentially you may get
£225 cashback
£60 quidco
£45 dialaphone/youatwork link
Therefore your line rental can be down to £26.67 pcm.0 -
