are you dealing with retentions or just customer service/upgrades?
I called to upgrade and they offered me alesser spec phone than the one I have with more mins and texts but for more money than I am currently paying.
I've asked for my PAC code and have recieved itvia email - generally peaking how long does it take for retentions to get in touch?0 -
It was normal customer services
In the past when I've asked for my PAC had a call within a day or two2p off is still 2p off!0 -
Just want to check whether you think this is a good deal that Vodafone have offered:
Blackberry Curve 8900
£15/month for 18 months [150 mins 500 texts OR 250 mins 100 texts, and Vodafone passport]
£4.89 for internet a month
Additional one of fee of £25 for the handset
So total about £20 a month including internet, with a one of fee of £25.
I am planning to do 2 phones at the same time, do you think they should offer a better deal on 2 Blackberrys?
Thanks.0 -
Thats not a bad deal .I got a similar deal yesterday with sony w715 which i posted on here yesterday ,if you have 2 phones you will get more bargaining power so you may want to try and get internet free which is what they gave me after a couple of phone calls0

Just called the 40075 number from my handset and after speaking with 2 people they are stating that the best they can do for me is as per previous email:
Nokia 5800
600 minutes + unlimited texts (18 month contract) at £25 per month
600 minutes + unlimited texts + Mobile Internet (18 month contract) at £30 per month
200 minutes + unlimited texts (24 month contract) at £20 per month
200 minutes + unlimited texts + Mobile Internet (24 month contract) at £25 per month
Sony Ericsson C905
600 minutes + unlimited texts + Mobile Internet (18 month contract) at £35 per month
Now I advised that a poster on here had managed to get a Tocco Ultra with 150mins, 500 texts, unlimited internet and passport for £12.50 per month plus the same deal and a SE C902 for his wife the chap just didn’t believe me.
The best he could offer me was 200 mins and unlimited texts whilst keeping my handset for 14.69 per month and my wife getting 600mins, unlimited texts with a Nokia 5800 for £25.00 per month.
I advised thanks but no thanks I’ll be switching provider.
I’m assuming that I did not get through to retentions but if I did Vodafone have just lost a customer. Don’t get me wrong the staff are great it’s just the offer that isn’t.0 -
Just upgraded, got the Nokia 6500 classic on a 12 month contract with 500 mins and 500 texts, passport and stop the clock for £20 a month. He was pushing an 18 month contract but I didn't budge, got a months free internet and free delivery too.2p off is still 2p off!0

Just been offered a Nokia 6210 Navigator for £24.47 with
600 minutes; unlimited texts; unlimited internet for £3 more. It doesn't sound that great an offer. What does anyone think?0 -
Just wondering if anyone has had any good offers when upgrading to the Nokia N96 or the N85 on Vodafone? I'd be looking for about 200mins calles and unlimited text and mobile internet.
I'm going to phone up Vodaone tomorrow so any help before i do would be greatly appreicated. Thanks0 -
How do you get to speak to someone in customer services. I dial 191 and it does not give you the option.0
