I am due an upgrade tomorrow, been looking around for a while and I'm thinking about the Blackberry storm, or the X1 Experia, I've figured out that in the last year I've spent £650ish over what I should've on my bill..currently i'm paying £25 a month for 600mins unlimited txt, and hoping to keep that plus new phone and maybe free internet, do you think this is possible?
My only concern is that because I want the blackberry storm and it's exclusive to Vodafone then I don't have much of an argument for leaving.0 -
I think that you will be ok to get that. I wouldn't say that you are just interested in the storm though otherwise they will know that they have you.
P.S. it's just my opion but the storm isn't that great of a phone0 -
I don't know why I want the storm to be honest, it will probably annoy me being so big and chunky...just having a look at the LG Renoir, it looks pretty good and has some pretty good reviews too, although I couldn't see it on the Vodafone website, but on p4u it's only vodafone tarriffs they have...0

Have a wee look here
http://www.mobile-phones-uk.org.uk/index.htm
it gives good reviews of all the latest phones.
The Renoir is a nifty wee phone as too is the new samsung tocco ultra. I'll be going for ones of those two. Hope that this helps0 -
Think carefully about the storm...i was looking forward to it and once i got it i hated it...its quite hard to live with. Ive got the curve 8900 and its a lot better.0
-
Yeah, I think I'm more convinced by the Renoir, but it's really annoying that it's not available on the vodafone website yet on phones 4 you it's only available on vodafone, giong away to the phone shops to have a nosey!0

I was going to take out a nokia 5800 with vodafone as a new contract which is on an 18 month contract for £25 600 mins and unlimted text. I asked them if they could price match the £90 quidco cashback so i can just place the order over the phone but the guy said that he can offer me the blackberry storm which is available on £40 on the same offer as the nokia 5800, but i wont get the £90 cashback.
Should i go for the offer?? ive not come across the blackberry but he told me it is a much expensive phone and new on the market.
any suggestions appreciated.
thanx0 -

I wouldn't. The storm isn't very good. Wait off a few days and get the samsung tocco ultra or go for LG renoir0 -
I went into the vodafone shop today and the guy told me to hold off for the tocco ultra or the HTC magic. Both of which are out in the next couple of weeks apparently. Not convinced with the tocco as i'm not a big fan of samsung's.
He also let me see his X1, which i was considering getting but is horrible to use I thought.0
