    I phoned up Vodafone today.

    I was offered a second line (18 months) with 150 minutes 500 txts and Unlimited Internet for

    £15 first 3 months.
    £20 next 12 months with a £50 credit.
    £30 for the last 3 months.

    £325 in total.

    I have her phoning me back in an hour. It sounds quite good, any opinions?

    has anyone managed to get vodafone to answer by dialing 191 off there mobile? if so how long before they answer?

    ive been trying each day last week and today and been on hold for between 15 - 30 mins each time but not getting though to them, :confused:
    what numbers are you guys using?

    claire1234, I always use 151. Not sure if there is any difference there. It took me ages to get through to anyone today. The same on saturday, not sure whats going on. Have always been quick in the past.

    Yup it's not easy - I've had to hold for at least 40-50 mins each time only to get to customer services - then I was cut off aagh! - you get through quicker if you use the number on their website, but then you have to pay for it. The moderators on their forum are responsive though - so try that - they do take a day or so to get back but they do ... forum.vodafone.co.uk - click on the 'view forum' option and post

    Depends what time you ring aswell, 4-5 they are quite busy.

    I rang at about 11am and got through straight away.

    I called today and was told all there systems were down. I have heard an upgrade mentioned.
  • Has anybody asked for just an offer on the line rental if they were to retain their current phone? If so, are you happy with what they offered you ?

    Ive been told the maximum is 50% of current line rental...

    I think I am going to call them again.......
