I was on the pay monthly SIM only (30 day contract) for £20 a month with 600 minutes and unlimited texts; had it just over 5 months and got my Quidco £90 from Vodafone this week:D
I was intending moving to another Quidco offer, but Vodafone offered me the 600 minutes and unlimited texts on a 12 month contract for £12.23 per month for all 12 months:T Great value and saves the risk of not getting the Quidco payment.0 -
I've just come off the phoen to Voda.
Best they could offer me was the 5800 on 12 month contract for £24.47 with 600 mins and unltd texts.
I've ditched the handset option and just gone with 600 mins, unltd texts for 12 months for £12.470 -

free sony ericsson 905
200 mins

Just before i call up and ask for my pac code tomorrow, can anyone suggest some altrenative/online deals that they have used or the ones that are best to use to negotiate a good deal?
Im looking for the 5800 and something along the lines of 600 mins, unlimited texts, and also unlimited internet.:cool:0 -

Requested my PAC code from Voda last week. Got a call the next day, with a pretty unappealing offer, think it was 600 mins, unlimited texts, free nokia 5800 for £20, 18months.
Rang them today to find out where my PAC is, and got talked into this:
free nokia 5800
250 mins
100 texts
unlimited web
for £15 month for first 15, then £30 for last 3 if I don't renegotiate
My current contract is £15 for 100 mins, 50 texts, which I rarely go over, so don't think I'm a particularly profitable customer anyway.
So have I done alright?0 -
Is there an executive email address like Three have, to complain higher up t than a Joey with no authority.
My daughter ordered an upgrade which I cancelled as the contract is on a cashback deal and there is one more claim left. The upgrade was cancelled and the contract has gone back to ending on 7th March, but left the deal at the upgraded rate of 600 mins and unlimited text for £25, whereas it should have gone back to 500 mins 500 texts for £40. The guy in billing said that he cannot put it back to the old rate as it is no longer available. He was quite snotty asking where I would want to go back to paying more for less mins. I explained to him I was on a cashback deal and said that there was nothing he could do. Also a £5 web access was added to the account even though it was not agreed to.0
