Hi
Yes I have
I am following the advise now
Thanks0 -
I have called CPM and didn't give my details but asked the question :
" after receiving a formal demand in the post how long do I have to appeal? even if its past the 21 day appeal window that starts from the day after the notice was issued"
The first guy Jason in " customer services" was so rude my blood boiled he said while laughing good luck you have no rights and refused to let me speak to anyone else as I wouldn't give him my reg and address. I explained that I can give him the issue dates and my reg was irrelevant he agreed and said I still wont help you and put the phone down.
I called back and used the client services directors name and the woman answered my question which is that I have a further 28 days from receiving the formal demand letter to appeal
So I am going with the newbies IPC letter ??
Who do I complain to about the client service rep not giving me appeal information that I am entitled to in the first instant0 -
You can send that letter (won't do you any good though. You are too late to appeal as already explained, andeven if you had appealed in time it would have been rejected - see the newbies faq regarding the futility of appealing an IPC firm)0

sorry I feel like I am missing something
I just asked them if I can appeal and they said yes I can still
Why will it not help ??0 -
I am currently starting the mortgage process so I don't really want bailiff letters and what not
You would know all about that though, long before it got to the bailiff!0 -
Hi
I am hoping someone can help me.
I was given a ticket parked outside a friends house that I visit weekly. She lives in private road and the ticket is from CPM UK CAR PARK MANAGEMENT. Her neighbours advised me to ignore as they get them regularly and ignore them. There are no road markings and the company only operate there as the residents allowed them to by voting.
The road side when cars are parked does not block an access roads or inhibit anyone In fact park in front of my friend driveway. And is always being used by the residents and visitors CPM just randomly come round and ticket
I ignored the ticket and now have a £100 demand in the post. They aren't part of BPA but are a member of IPC
Can anyone advise on if I should ignore still like I am being told to or can I do something else

grrrrr I am going slightly mental here - I have read the newbie post a few times I don't see what I am meant to be doing
If its relevant the postal notice got sent out 33 days after the original window screen ticket and didn't get to m for 39 days after the original window screen ticket
my stupidity I hope isn't annoying anyone I am just really unclear on what I am to do now
I don't get why I cant appeal anymore f they say I can0 -
nope big town- and even if the country they ignored 12 and have had nothing0
-
I have seen it and read again since your last reply and it makes no sense to me - it doesn't explain what to do or why my appeal will certainly fail
Would you mind helping me see that part :0 )0
