They can belong to both and it is the PPC who chooses which body is its appeal body, Why are you being distracted by this and making such a meal of it?

Look - we are already on page 4 of this thread on what should be a straightforward appeal with loads of similar threads already on file. I do fear that you may start running out of help if you can't get on with it from the advice given.

I appreciate you replying and I am doing exactly that looking at previous appeals and checking out the similarities between mine and theirs. A lot of the defences are including the signage being incorrect, not clear or illegals that's why I am checking this out like I am.


If no one wishes to continue helping me that is fine, and I understand that and I appreciate all the help so far given from anyone...but please stop threatening me with everyone giving up. You don't need to reply purely to crisis maybe that's why we are on page four already.


I am going to send a letter with the jopson vs homeguard reference in and see what happens from there.
