Thanks MF and SW. I really liked the house but I couldn’t sleep last night and have come up with a list of concerns to give to the surveyor if my offer is accepted. Always got my realistic head on but I don’t think anything would stop me offering at this stage. My friend came round for dinner last night. She brought salad and wine. I cooked peri peri chicken from the freezer using a jar of sauce from aldee that I bought a few weeks ago and boiled new potatoes plus pickles and sliced mozzarella. We had ice cream for pud 😋
No dog walking this morning. I am having a lie in 😁 Plans for today
Weed the front forecourt now the weeds have died back after spraying with weedkiller a few weeks ago.Spray the rear patio / path with weedkiller
Cut back a few shrubs

Do you have your bill from last month? If so, see how many more units you used this month and it will give you a rough idea.
I thought my gas bill would be higher as we're cooking separately and I've done a fair bit, but it was only 1 extra unit.
Your dinner sounded nice and you obviously also needed rest too.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
I am so tired. Just going to walk the dog. Working from home today and I will be washing a few clothes I want to take on holiday and packing later. The house I bid on has gone to full and final offers. I will find out later today if my bid is accepted. I am still under budget so I am not sure if someone will outbid me. It does need some work so I was not willing to go over budget but I am over the asking price.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Good luck Skinty with the house. I think the humidity is causing tiredness. Hoping for a good day for you.

My bid has been accepted 🥂🍾
I have taken the rest of the day off as the whole process has left me feeling exhausted. I am so relieved that I hopefully don’t have to look at any more houses or worry about any more bids.I am just waiting for kfc delivery to celebrate 😆0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
