Only did a few things from my list on Saturday. My friend phoned inviting me for tea on Saturday evening. We also had a tall glass of raspberry and orange wine (only 4%) with lots of crushed ice🍹 and a good chat.

Then went for a long coastal walk Sunday with a friend (with plenty of benches to sit on and rest along the way) and had a roast dinner in the pub. 😋 plus a couple of gins 🍸😁  Used some of my birthday gifted money from my savings account.

Back to work today. Have had some shopping delivered from co op, fruit & veg, peach squash, chicken, milk, 8 cans Pepsi max, eggs & tikka chicken & cleaning products plus ice creams £25.78.

Just about to empty the bins, empty the dishwasher & hoover downstairs. Will be making Thai green curry for my dinner with sauce from aldee bought a couple of weeks ago & some of the chicken bought today.

Your unplanned weekend was a lot more refreshing than your to do list. Sounds like you had a fab time and seem more relaxed asa result.

    Shopping and food are yummy.

Lovely dog walk this morning. Bright and sunny. Day off work. Meeting up with a couple of old friends who are also off work and going on the bus to lunch by the sea ☺️

Spends will be bus fares, food & drinks. Not sure where we are eating, there is quite a variety where we are going so it could be a spendy day but I am looking forward to it and the cost will be covered by my entertainment fund

Have been looking on google maps at the area I am moving to and there is a roofing business shown as at the next door house. It’s just the company name and a mobile phone number. I looked on companies house and it is not a ltd company so probably a one man band. Not sure if this is anything to worry about or if I should be asking any questions via solicitor. It could be historical but it’s hard to find any dates. There is no web site, no reviews and not on any local sites like check a trade etc. There is also a historical interior design company at the same address which is shown as closed and the website and face buck page have been removed.

If you look at aerial photos, does it show anything in the garden like a huge shed to store things? If not, and nothing caught your attention when viewing, I wouldn't be concerned. He's probably using home address for ease of admin work and correspondence.

I'd be more concerned if it was a business where they see people on the premises like a physio, beauty etc, all the coming / going, additional cars if the drive wasn't as decent size etc.

There was a 'smelly' business in my last block, only found out as I was bored one day searching the internet.

Lunch by the sea is wonderful, what did you have 😃

The gardens are tiny. There is no rear access & no shed so I don’t think he is storing stuff, or if he is even still living there.

Had a fabulous day out. Bus £2.15 each way = £4.30. Lunch was salad with beetroot, coleslaw, chicken, cheese, crispy bacon, sautéed potatoes, raspberries and strawberries and blueberries 😋 & I drank the free water £16.95. Then we went to a cocktail bar where they were 2-for-1 and I had 2 pink gin spritzers (with pink gin, lemonade & prosecco & loads of ice £10.95.

We then decided to go to the cinema and watch Elvis £5 which was a fab film, but am in quite a bit of pain now after sitting so long. I’ve just got home, so have had some painkillers and am sat with feet up recovering 😁

Hope the painkillers do their job quickly and you get a good nights sleep.  XXX

It was worth having to rest up with meds though to have such a wonderful day 😊
Hope things settled overnight and there's not too much residual pain today.

Have been absolutely exhausted today and hobbling like an old lady 😂 Worth it though.

Got back from work around 3.30pm and slept for almost an hour 😴

Have paid off my credit card so the microwave is paid off in full £92.95.

For some reason it's easier to deal with when it's self-induced after fun 😊
    Well done clearing the cc.
