Groundwater Flood risk was confirmed as very low with no history of flooding in the area. The searches are based on inaccurate “modelling” according to the council specialist department & sellers reported no flooding so I am happy with that.
Payday tomorrow & have just shared a Chinese with DS for £10 each we got Mongolian beef, szechuan belly pork, chicken curry & egg fried rice plus 6 mini spring rolls. 😋0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

You can do general internet searches to find info, I did it to make sure the estuary doesn't rise and reach my garden / the flat. When the road ran like a river I checked to see if it ever flooded out the front. The local news is quite useful.
