Lovely and sunny here again today. Chilly though. Will be walking the dog soon.Payday on Thursday 31st. I have enough food and just need a small top up of petrol. £150.62 left in the bank.List of things to do this weekend before I go away
- check tyre pressure
- load of washing
- cut grass with lightweight hover mower
- wash patio, patio doors & garden furniture. Everything has a light dusting of sand from the yellow sky & Saharan winds we had the other week. Will just hose it off.- Try & work out where scratching in the ceiling is coming from 😕
There is a strange noise coming from the ceiling downstairs below my bedroom mid morning for a few minutes. I haven’t heard any noise in my room or at night. May have to put some poison down in the loft (where dog cannot get at it) & hope that solves it0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Do you have a TV cable or something running through it, perhaps the wind is making it move and ripple through the house. There would be more nighttime activity if it were mice.
Petrol has come down up here, but I know parts in England haven't had a noticeable difference.
It's good to see a small list for a change, don't overdo it and add more, you've a long drive and need the energy.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
No cables under that part of my bedroom floor and only hear it once a day. I thought it was maybe a bird on the kitchen extension roof, we do get seagulls and magpies, but nothing flying away when back door is opened. There are no cavities big enough for a bird or squirrel to get in. I’m flummoxed.Have been out with the dog for an hour. It’s lovely out thereI have peeled 2 sprouting parsnips and 3 shrivelled carrots and put in slow cooker with red onion, stock & bit of curry powder to make soup. Should be 2 portions.I have some salad bits to use up so will have those for lunch with jacket potato & tuna mayo. Dinner will be chicken fajitas using up the last courgette & red pepper. Should make 2 portions & I will freeze one and freeze the remaining wraps. I don’t have any sour cream but I have some garlic sauce (£1 b&m) and some cheese.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Hello i finally did some catching up. I see you are about to go on hols, I hope you are seeing your wonderful dad. I think your son and dg are still buying your house and am so pleased you are looking at houses. How fantastic. It looks as though you had headaches but they are easing thank goodness, well done on new glasses.
I hope you have a safe trip and have the great weather we have down south. Enjoy your well deserved hols.Aiming for a minimal spend 20221 -
Thanks SW yes I’m off to see DF next week ☺️Have been out with the dog for an hour in the sun. Chilly morning but I’m sure it will warm up later. The birds were singing and the swans are nesting. The female was snoozing in the sun while the male was parading the waters chasing everything away0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Had a very relaxing day. Flowers and a card from DS & his gf. 2 loads of washing dried outside and put away. Pottered around tidied bits & pieces. Cleared a pile of receipts and did some shredding.Tomorrow I am going to check my tyre pressure after walking the dog. Then I want to tidy my room & sort some more clothes. My chest of drawers has clothes I haven’t worn in years so I need to have a clear out & bag up for the charity shop or clothes bank.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

First day of holidays yesterday. 🤗 Had a lovely morning dog walk in the sun then managed to put my back out bending to put some rubbish in the kitchen bin 😫
Kept pottering all day. Just made sure I was very careful sitting for most things & not bending awkwardly. The sciatica has settled to when I turn over in bed and get up from sitting and I have got lower back ache.Had a gentle walk round the pond today with the dog. It’s very grey and damp from rain in the night. We couldn’t go on the field as the tractor was up there cutting the grass. Will be ok to drive later this week as it’s my left side, and I don’t use left leg in my automatic car.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
