The rebate will go to you on this bill and DS / GF won't get one when they buy the house.
When your utility fix expires in May, pop onto the SVR for a month or two until the transaction completes, then DS / GF will take over.
You won't be forced to renew PP or update licence to a photo card, the solicitors will have a list of acceptable ID which generally is just bills and bank statements. I handed over my expired PP, licence had an address in England and took various bills / statements in.
- Licence is a lot cheaper than PP to do and will have to be done when you move.
Weather is starting to improve and you're getting loads done in the daytime.

Thanks MF. I pay CT bill monthly so I am hoping I can just change it over to them not quite sure how it will work as I will still be living here.I have now found a list on gov.uk which says I can use my old paper driving licence so should just need to change it once when I move.Have just put a lamb & butternut squash curry in the slow cooker.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Lamb & butternut squash curry was 😋 I added chickpeas and peppers for the last hour too. Leftover portions in the freezer.Have walked the dog this morning. It’s cloudy but mild. Still no sign of my glasses arriving, I had an awful day yesterday & headache even with the blinds closed at home & screen brightness turned down / blue colour tint on. 😕 Work have agreed I don’t have to return to the office until my glasses arrive and then it will be a phased return increasing gradually up to 3 days with 2 days working from home. Because I am now choosing to work 2 days a week at home from 6 April I can no longer claim tax relief next tax year towards the extra heating.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Walked to the coop after work yesterday and got a pizza for tea yellow stickered from £3.75 to £1.19. I’m on a late shift today so will walk the dog shortly then rest until I start work at lunchtime.Waste water bill arrived and has gone down to £28.01 from 29.17. Every little helps at the moment. I need to give the car a run out & will need to fill up with petrol at some point to go up north at the end of the month. Was thinking I should maybe do it now before the price goes up again0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

The chance of it dropping is slim to none, the risk of an increase is greater.
Ummmmm pizza.

Looking back at my records & bank statements the last time I put any petrol in was £10.02p on 18 Feb. I have hardly driven since so I think I still had just under a quarter of a tank. I’ve just filled up at 156.9 total £38.42
Popped into tesco and got lambs liver £1.38, Galia melon £1, peach squash £1.25, 4 baking potatoes 39p and a new shower proof spring coat (25% off all clothing) was £22 saving £5.50 down to £16.50. 😁
Its raining and chilly here. Got wet walking the dog just as we were almost home. Had my coat & wellies on. Changed out of wet jeans & went shopping. I may just pop the heating on at 12 for 15 mins to warm the place up ready for starting work as it’s definitely colder today than yesterday0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Had a lie in yesterday (till 8am 😆) as everyone else has gone away for the weekend. 🤗 Visit to spec savers early to collect my tinted computer glasses. Will try them out on Monday.Windows open & heating off. 2 loads of washing dried on the line. Hoovered my bedroom and the landing & mopped the bathroom floor, rested on the sofa between jobs. 😁I finally got round to sorting work clothes in my wardrobe. I have 2 pairs of work trousers left so I could do with getting a couple more. 2 bags of clothes for charity shop. Threw out a pair of shrivelled up sandals that were falling apart last year but got plenty of use in the garden. Dug out an old pair of shoes “past it” for wearing but ok for gardening & then I cut the grass for the first time this year. It’s grown so quickly and was hard work. Had to have a lie down after that!Made a Thai green curry for tea & froze the rest. Today is liver & onions 😋 and there should be leftovers for the freezer for next week.I have arranged to go into town today with my non-dog owning friend. Will check out primarni for work trousers. Otherwise it’s a trip to mat Alan.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Sounds like a productive day. I love a little lie in. Sundays are my only day I can do that but I usually still end up waking up and getting up so as to not waste my day.Need to do some of those jobs you tackled myself today2

I have been working out some figures for early retirement. If I retire from my current job in 3 years at 57 I will probably need to get a part time job for 10 years. However if I can manage to stay in my current job for 6 years until age 60 I should be able to retire completely and live off savings and pension until I am 67 when my other pensions start.
Retire at 57 savings £18000
Pension lump sum £12630
pension £328 a month
Total £30630/10 years = £3063 plus pension £3936 = £6999 a year
Age 67 = 10 years until further pension £2262 & state pension £9371
—————
Retire at 60 savings £36000
Pension Lump sum £13606
pension £377.91
Lump sum £49606/7 years = £7086 plus pension £4534.92 = £11620
Age 67 = 7 years until further pension £2262 & state pension £9371
