Here I am at silly o clock again and I can’t sleep. I was so exhausted after work I ordered a kfc then walked the dog. Fell asleep in front of the tv and now I’m wide awake 😳 Will use my January entertainment budget to cover the kfc.DS & gf gave me a £30 gift card for mat Alan for Christmas so I am thinking about buying more thermal leggings as I can’t wear the same pair all week without washing them. They are not in the sale but only £7 a pair. I would also like some new bed sheets as mine is worn and rough now. So I will have a look online over the weekend.Torrential rain forecast for the morning but I think friend is still up for meeting up. We are going to drive to the range and then an early lunch at the harvest place. I’m looking forward to it and I really need a change of scenery and a break from the routine of dog walk, work, eat, sleep, repeat! Having said that I will still need to walk the dog first in the morning 😆0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Enjoy time to see your friend and treat yourself. It is raining here. I hope you and doggie are dry now. Have a good day.Aiming for a minimal spend 20221

I would buy them, £7 isn't much for the amount of comfort they bring.
Enjoy the trip out, it will do you good. I had the chicken and ribs when down south, portion size was smaller than I remembered, pudding was great!

Busy but enjoyable day 😊
Walked the dog this morning before the rain. It’s been pouring since. Picked up friend and ended up in b& m and tk max. Got the dog a new chew toy £3.99. She is chomping it now 😁
Bought some instant noodles and instant pasta plus crisps & face cream £5.87. We decided to go to our local pub for lunch 2 for £10.99 so roughly £5.50 for steak & kidney suet pudding, chips, peas & gravy 😋 plus £7.49 for 2 drinks.Friend has given me a late Christmas gift of a bottle of bucks fizz which I may drink later ☺️ It’s only 4% so I shouldn’t be too sozzled if I have a couple of glasses, unlike the 11% prosecco the other night 🤪😆
I got my renewal quote for breakdown cover from the flag of green & it had increased from £71.68 last year to £86.24😱. I haven’t had any breakdown call outs ever with this car and I’ve owned it over last few years. So I did an online new customer quote with them & it said £67.20. So I went onto online chat and they matched the price for my renewal 🤗 Also cheaper than adding to my car insurance! So I am very happy 😊Resting in front of tv for the rest of the day

Glad you went out, you always find bargain meals. Bucks fizz sounds lovely, congrats on the great price car cover. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.Aiming for a minimal spend 20221

You're sounding energised and the pub grub was a great price.
Thank goodness they price matched, it was quite a jump.

I can’t believe it’s Monday morning already! I have a cup of tea & am back in bed. The dog will not get up 😳 Will try her again in a bit. DS & his gf took her for a run around the forest yesterday afternoon so I think she is tired
Sunday
Walked the dog, lovely sunny morning. One load of washing done. Lamb & butternut squash curry in the slow cooker. Belly pork & sausages cooked in the oven. Also did some fries to fill the oven up and had with a couple of sausages for brunch, curry for dinner 😋 All leftover portioned up and frozen. The remaining day was resting & relaxing.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Very dark here today. Dog finally got up but was very slow to eat her breakfast. We had a walk round the block and she finally went to toilet, then home & she has gone straight back to bed. DS & his gf are both wfh today so we will all keep an eye on her.The asda refund shows on my credit card so I transferred funds from savings pots and paid the rest of the bill. The credit still doesn’t show online. Maybe it’s delayed due to the weekend. Will check again later. All food from stores today. Will be starting work at home in a few minutes.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

I've been yawning all day, it's just so dark at the moment.
Hope PD is ok and she just wants a rest after all the exciting walks.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
