Well planned Skinty. I am so impressed about all the things you are doing!
Aiming for a minimal spend 20221 -
Feeling a bit low today. The dog has been displaying some unwanted puppy behaviour on walks which we thought she had outgrown. The rest of the time she is her lovely soft and sweet self. Just feeling a bit stressed. Watched dogs behaving very badly last night to try & get some tips 🙄 even googled the guy but he’s v expensive & not taking bookings! Used some diversion tactics the puppy behaviourist at vet taught us couple of years ago & kept calm & she calmed down yesterday and walked home, so that was much better, but could do without the adrenaline rush first thing in the morning! Always thought having a dog was meant to be a pleasure and it has been for a long time now so this latest behaviour has caught us all off guard.Ordered some food online this week so I don’t have to go shopping total spend £24.13. I put back the chocolate eclairs 😇 but I did get some teacakes which are a bit carb heavy but maybe a bit healthier than eclairs as they have fruit in 🤷♀️Plans for today

PD is just having a blip, possibly feeling a little unsettled with everything going on at home. She will settle again with positive training.
Food looks great.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
Have been reading about low carb diets and am counting carbs for the first time to get an idea of how many there are in different foods. Some of the things I ate todayToasted teacake 30g
banana 19g
Low cal hot choc 6.5g
apple 12g
I was also surprised how many carbs there are in milk. So I’m definitely not going on a low carb diet 😆 but will be more mindful of what I am eating.Food for tomorrow will be
bacon & cheese omelette
Fishfingers salad & mayo wrap
steak & stir fry veg - peppers mushrooms onions courgettes. Snacks = banana, apple & low fat cheddar, cup a soup.I phoned my breakdown provider today & they matched their own online quote of £71. Last year was £68 and renewal quote was £86, so a saving of £15 🤗0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Low carb is hard, as you say it's in a lot of everyday items. If you have a smartphone download the myf1tn3ss pal app as it will track everything for you.
Good saving with your breakdown cover 🤗Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
Fed up of the dark mornings now. 40 minutes walk with the dog yesterday she was just silly running off with a woolly hat someone had left, but enticed her back with the ball in my pocket & finished the rest of the walk on the lead.Work was a struggle and I had a blinding headache by 12 so took an hour off & had a lie down, then worked until 4pm instead of 3pm.Am glad it’s Friday today. 30 min lead walk with the dog this morning about 8am then work at 9am. Food for today
B - toasted fruit teacake & banana
Mid morning snack - hot choc or cup a soup
L - tuna, mayo, red pepper & couple of crackers
Afternoon snack - apple & cheddar cheese
D - home made tandoori chicken & stir fry veg
I should have enough food to last until Tuesday when I plan to go to aldi. It should be reopened by then but they will probably have moved everything around after the refurb so it will probably take me twice as long to find everything0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

PD will settle down, sounds like she is seeing how far she can push the boundaries. Have you checked what her behaviour is like when with DS and GF, whether PD is getting consistent reinforcement of what is good / bad when on walks.
Sounds like you need a rest this weekend.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
Hope the headache has gone.
Like you the still dark early mornings are an issue for me. At least the dog makes sure you are both exercisedIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

It’s pouring with rain this morning so it may be a damp walk later with the dog. No rush today as I’m not working. 🤗I was so hungry yesterday I blew the eating plan 🙈 and had pie & peas at 4pm then chicken & veg curry at 8pm 😳 (no rice). Was looking at a takeaway, but all from my food stores instead so at least I didn’t blow the budget too. I also had another toasted teacake & hot chocolate in a total carb fest 😕
I still have 2 more portions of pie, chicken breasts and gammon from Boxing day in the freezer, plus another portion of the chicken & veg curry leftover from last night. Plans for today
B - bacon & cheese omelette
L - home made veg soup
D - chicken & roasted veg
snacks will be apple, banana, celery with low fat cheese spread.I wonder if the headache was from cutting down on carbs 🤔No plans to do anything this weekend apart from dog walking, finishing sewing the net curtain for the spare room & tidy the living room, especially my desk! Have got loads of shredding that needs doing. May just get the bbq out of the shed and burn it all 🔥 😆0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Can you slowly reduce your carbs, substitute a higher carb item for a lower alternative item. Your body will adjust and not have a huge shock.
It could also be because you're not eating enough, or your mind thinks it isn't. Do bacon with a cheese omelette to fool yourself into thinking there's more.
Ha, don't blame you for wanting the quick way with getting rid of things! It does help 🤭Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2
