    We had snow again.

Slow cooker stew is great, in a few hours your belly will be rumbling as the smell wafts through.

Ren, don't take your dog shopping, it's not worth the risk of leaving her outside.

We are due snow tonight, and it is so cold, I can believe it.

Didn't take her, she (wisely) refused to come out anyway. Good job I didn't as I spent too much and had a fair bit to carry (again!) :o

  • No snow here just blooming freezing 🥶 Hurrah for the weekend!

I loaded the car yesterday ready for tip run today at 11.  Hopefully the ice will have melted from the car windscreen by then so I don’t have to scrape it.

I hope to start glueing & sealing the wooden floor. DS is working nights and his gf is just going to work so just the dog to contend with. We have a large dog pen folded up in the utility room as no longer used now, but it opens up as a room divider so I will use that to keep her off. Will also get quotes for breakdown cover over the weekend.

I had an email back from dee liver oo confirming the £10 amazon voucher for a survey is genuine so I will order some white cotton to finish the net curtain and some fingerless gloves for typing as my hands are freezing when working.

    Happy tipping! :)
I can see you whizzing through the floor fixing easily today. With the dog supervising from behind the 'crate front', of course.

Positive news on the voucher, that's good timing for finishing the net curtain, and very MSE fingerless gloves...

  • Even more MSE I have rifled through my glove/hat/scarf basket under the stairs and found I have 3 pairs of black gloves with grippers on the palms & fingers which I usually use for driving in the winter, so I have sacrificed an old pair and chopped the end of the fingers off 😆 and I can still grip a pen 🤗

Ah yes, the four legged supervisor!
You're still getting tasks done, which is a great thing.
Well done finding the gloves and adapting a pair, you should be a little more comfortable now.
