Not feeling so good this morning and can’t get back to sleep. I’m laid here worrying about work and whether I’m doing my job right. Not sure why as no justification, feels more like an anxiety attack for some unknown reason.
It’s very dark so not sure if it’s raining. Will get up to walk the dog soon.I ordered more stuff online for DF last night and got myself a new a4 writing pad £1.39 with free delivery. I would usually get that sort of thing and the batteries in the local cheap shop / pound shop. Prime free trial runs out in 7 days so will make sure I cancel before then. Work have said they will not pay for paper and I am supplying my own pens 😕0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Normally in work we are used to chatting with people and bouncing ideas and queries around, receiving a response to confirm the thought was right or saying how something should be done. At home there isn't that option unless sending an email, making a phone call or doing a VC. It's normal the doubt will kick in at times, don't let it take over. You've been doing your job a while.
Atrixa, that's the stance I've taken. I'm teaching myself a job I've never done before and everything takes days to do. I'm now teaching myself the role above mine as that needs covering. Everything I did learn when starting has changed and I'm back to square one.
Can you pop into work to collect some stationery? I did last time I was in.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4 -
Well done on lovely food shopping and on having DS and girlfriend taking doggie for walk and your budget. I think anyone working at home must be facing anxiety and this darkness exacerbates it too. You are doing so well.Aiming for a minimal spend 20222

Ah no, Skinty, I feel for you. Horrible time of the day when the negative thoughts can pop in, glad you are sticking to your routine, walking the dog especially will help - fresh air, even damp air, will revive you, exercise can help stomp out those anxieties, ready for when you carry on. I think you won't be alone feeling concerns like this.... hope you have your lovely hot meals, enjoy the doggie, and the company of DS and GF."...when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains however improbable, must be the truth..."

Hope you're feeling a bit better today, anxiety is so horrible, especially in the early hours of the morning when you can't do much to take your mind off it.3

It doesn’t help when the work we are doing changes to something we haven’t done for over a year and we get no refresher training. Trying to remember what we did a year ago and doing my best. The doubt creeps up on me in the wee small hours.Walked the dog yesterday then walked to the hospital for a blood test and home again ready to start work at 9am. Cheque arrived from DF to cover stuff I ordered from amazon for him. I will post it on to the bank.Fed the dog at 5am but couldn’t get back to sleep. DS & his gf are taking her to the forest later this morning so I will walk her tonight when they are both at work. I’m just about to get up & take the car for it’s mot and service. Dropping it at the garage at 7.45am & short walk home. Fingers crossed it doesn’t need any extra work doing.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

What the - ? Then they are expecting ridiculous feats of memory - how silly and short-sighted of them. Please don't let this stress you out, but, explain this to them. There could be loads of you with the same problem, and they might actually sort something out sensible for you all. Daft way to expect staff to work....
Hope you get your results sorted soon, and crossing my fingers and toes for the car, for you!"...when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains however improbable, must be the truth..."

I have no words aside from do we work for the same place. That's just daft and unreasonable, ask for training or a how to guide.
Hope the MOT goes through ok 🤗Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2
